Pilotwings was released for the Super Nintendo in 1992, and had a mode 7 graphics chip built in the cartridge. If you don't know what mode 7 is I'll tell you, but if you do skip to the next section. Mode 7 was a graphics chip, that created 3D effects. Some games used the Mode 7 capabilities to the max by making 3D levels. Games like Pilotwings, Super Mario Kart, and F-zero. Some games only use Mode 7 for backgrounds and effects. The games like these are, Super Castlevania IV, Super Mario World, and Contra III. Some famous SNES RPG's use Mode 7, Legend of Zelda Link to the Past, Chronos Trigger, and Final Fantasy 3-6. If you want to know more about the Mode 7 chip click on the link below. Now on to the review.

The graphics on Pilowings are amazing! The game makes you feel like your actually flying. The levels are unique and special,  and as you get farther in the game you'll get effects like slippery runways, night time flying, and snow.

The sound is great too, the music is perfect and matches the flying stuff you'll be doing. The sound effects are good as well.

Pilotwings has a lot to offer. There are 5 different vehicles you can fly, 8 courses, and 2 bonus stages. 

Pilotwings will offer hours of fun and you'll be impressed by how entertaining and enjoyable this game is!

The difficulty is easy at first but gets insane as you get to the last half of the game.

Nice review!Pilotwings was released in 1991 as a launch title just to correct you,but you did pretty good.I'm planning to buy this game for my Snes for just how much fun I had with it online on Vizzed.

I've never played Pilotwings before. But it does look fun. If I can, i'll probably try it

For your review, it was good, you just have to describe more things about it. Like if there's a story to the game. Maybe what's good about the game and what's bad about it. Try doing that when you make your next review
