Well, I decided that since 90% of what I actually do on here all day consists of playing games, then I might as well keep a gaming blog. Updates will be daily and will consist of some information regarding my adventures in the games I play that day (Isn't that what these are for anyways?), Nya~.
(By the way, when I say "Day 1" and stuff like that, it is to refer to blog days, not days of how long I've been playing that certain game)

DAY ONE: BEGINNING

Cave Story +

Description: I had decided about almost a week ago to work on playing through this amazing game, Cave Story +, since I didn't know what to do the first time I got it, thus making me forget about the whole thing. When I got the desktop back, it had everything that was on it before it broke down. This game was one of the recovered things. I didn't play it until once we got it back a few weeks ago due to the fact I wasn't allowe to get games on here at the time, due to it being fixed from crashing of unknown reasons. however, when I did start playing, I found out what to do, and instantly got back into the game. Good thing too, it's amazing. I'm starting off at today, where I'm in Hard Mode (For those who have never played Cave Story +, Hard mode limits you down to 3 Health Points and no missles, making it a lot harder than it should be).

History: Started off today in Sand Zone, very beginning. Took about 40 tries in a fight against Curly Brace before I actually defeated her. At the 20 loose streak mark, though, I went over to fight against Omega and took about 7 tries to defeat him. Took forever to get the 5 dogs for the old woman (I HATE THOSE BIRDS ARGHHH). Took a few times to beat Rabid Toroko, which was definitely a difficult battle the first couple of times. Down in the Labyrinth, I made it all the way through easily ad quickly, thanks to my epic Blade skills . After handing over the Cure all, however, I was unable to get to Monster X because of the swarms of Flying Cockroaches around the area. More play history coming tomorrow...



Super Meat Boy

Description: Not much to really talk about for this game, honestly. It's a really cool game in which you are a meat boy who runs around trying to save his waifu (*shot*). It's really fun if you're into challenging games that are also pretty face paced. I personally love this game, but it does get boring after some time of playing it.

History: After finally starting this game up again, I quickly made it through Zone 1, but took a bit to get past Zone 11's boss... After that, I made it through some of Zone 2. The levels were astonishingly difficult after just getting back into the game, so it took quite a while to start getting good at it again. At one level, though, I went into UBER LAG SUPREME mode and had to unfortunately quit. More history coming tomorrow...

You said avoid, or include, pokemon?

lol, no, this will be an interesting read.

Just a suggestion, include the platform the game is on - whether it be on PC or console; that will be more explicative.

Aw, why won't you include Pokemon? Well anyways, I have a suggestion on which game you can blog on next. How about an Assassin's Creed game?

Pokemon is for Pokenewbs. That's probably why she is trying to avoid Pokemon...

starwars293 : It's highly unlikely that I'll be posting about an Assassin's Creed game at all in here. The only game of the series I own is the very first, and I have no interest in going through that at all. Every other one in the series left me bored some way through the game. The only one I actually DID finish while being actually interested all the way through it was Brotherhood, and that's technically more of a spin off game, Nya~.

Will you be doing any blogs about various sonic games.  I think you should do one Pokemon one, just so you can say you did one.

And it'd be a bit more shameful to say that I DID do a Pokemon game on here than anything, Nya~.

(Although, due to the Vizzed Camp stuff, I most likely will end up doing that)

DAY TWO: SURRENDERED

Cave Story + PC

History: I'm in the same exact location as I was before. Right about to face Monster X. What do I have to blame for this utter failure? Those stupid, obnoxious flying Cockroaches. I HATE them with an undying, burning passion. What I did accomplish, however, was bringing the Fire Ball and the Polar Star to the Labyrinth Shop so I could get the Snake. It's surprisingly really good. The best part is that it can go through walls, so now I can kill those things before I enter the area. That, however, hasn't gotten me to be able to beat Monster X yet. God I hate Hard Mode.

History: After considering whether I should drop this game so I could install a different one, I broke under the pressure and decided that I'll keep it until I beat it, in which I'll then immediately replace it with the one I was going to get before it (osu!). I made it through Chapter 2 pretty easily after starting it up again in the afternoon, and quickly completed the whole thing. After that, Chapter 3 was amazingly easy to get by, since that was my favorite area when I started it back around Christmas time (2011). I then got to Chapter 4, which has amazing music, where things started to get tricky... I made through about half of the Chapter when I got to this one insanely difficult level that left me stuck. Saws EVURYWAR. After trying for some time, I got bored and decided to try it tomorrow. That left me with...

Pokemon Yellow GameBoy Color

Description: I said I wouldn't. I hoped I wouldn't. I didn't want to. Darn you, legacyme3, and your camp too :|. I had started this game up with the idea set in mind that it wouldn't take long to accomplish my set goal (Wow was I wrong) and that I would easily make it through that game finished in no time. Wrong. Absolutely wrong. I ended up taking till about 3:30 AM to finally get my goal finished, after starting around 11 or 10. My goal was to get a Nidoking and a Tentacool with the nicknames I had in mind. Nidoking was surprisingly fast to get. Tentacool was a ginormous pain. I'll get more into that in the history. Now, I chose this one only because I never actually got to play through it. The one time I did I ended up only staying in it for about 5 minutes before getting completely bored. Given the opportunity, I felt that this was my chance to get through some of the game before throwing it aside. Well, it's got me stuck on it, and I won't quit it till, I finish it.

History: After getting my Pikachu and Pokedex, I decided to get a Mankey. However, when I went to get it, I realized that NidoranM (One of the Pokemon that were part of my goal) were in the area I was looking. So once I caught it, I decided to level grind for a bit so I could get the Nidoking faster. I also caught a Caterpie and got it to a Butterfree to win against Brock, and a Mankey that was highly neglected. After that, I wasted no time getting to Mt Moon. On the way there, My NidoranM evolved, which was my absolute plan and hope. Once I got to Mt Moon, I rushed for a Moon Stone, and that's what I got. Leaving the cave, I started level grinding some more, cause even with an electric type with me, Misty/Water Type Gym is a pain to beat. After beating her on my third try, I rushed through everything, beat Surge, etc etc. To speed through things, Rock Tunnel has received my undying hate. I despise that cave so, so much, it's hard to put it into words. Moving on! Got through through Rocket base 1 pretty quickly, and even beat Giovanni in a hugely shocking and surprising way. Nidoking and Pikachu down, and my Butterfree, at only level 15, took down not only his RYHORN, but his PERSAIN too! With ONLY Confusion! After that, I quickly went through the cemetery tower place, etc etc, you all know that story. I then went on in my search for a Tentacool to get a Good Rod, south of Lavender Town. However, the Snorlax was in the way. In a fight against it, all I had to do was wait for it to sleep, and it was caught. Full health too! As opposed to damaged and awake, where it did nothing at all to it. After that, I got the rod, got the tentacool, nicknamed it, and saved the game. More history coming soon...

Just a question. Why would get a Tentacool, when you can get Squirtle in the game along with the other two starters? Or are you just using it as your surf slave? Plus, it was a good idea to get a Nidoking. I only got it because I had to use it against my rival's Jolteon.

DAY THREE: CONSOLE WARS

Dante's Inferno PS3

Description: As any person good with historical literature would know, this is the famous Epic Poem written by Dante Alighieri. For those who don't know about this, it's the tale of a man who travels through the underworld to rescue his love. If you knew about just found out when you learned about the game before this post, then I am disappoint.

History: I began my journey at Lust Tower. After going through the puzzles, I finally made it to the rising platform in which I had to defeat groups of enemies to advance to the next area. After that, I got to the next puzzle where I had to burn Lust, which I quickly accomplished. I then got up the the very top of Lust Tower with but only 5 HP left, only to find out that I am now at a Boss Battle! Yay~! After dying almost instantly after the first hit each time I retried, I decided to give up and move to my next game. More history soon...

Hyperdimension Neptunia PS3

Description: This game is a fun little JRPG (Japanese Role Play Game) based off of the actual console wars. If you like the Final Fantasy games or Pokemon games or anything like those two, I highly recommend it. If you don't like RPG games at all, I still recommend it, cause I really like it and I hate all that FF stuff .

History: I started off in the first dungeon (The second location in the game), where I met my new team member IF (Iffy :3). After meeting her, I looked around the dungeon for a bit and ran into two enemies. After defeating them, I decided to go switch over to the computer again, so I got off the PS3 for the day. RAGE PS3

Description: Almost forgot I played this game... Ugh, it's a FPS. That should sum it up easily. Anyways, this game takes [lace in the future where you're on a newly colonized planet or something. There are savages and whatever trying to kill you and stuff because you're an ARK survivor or something. Never bothered trying to learn the story, honestly. Got it for $10, so at least it wasn't a huge loss.

History: Ok, I want to get over with the history as fast as I can, so I'll make it brief and quick. Started game, met Hagar, got on the buggy to go to the saages base, WEEEEEE~ FUN CAR RIDE! OH GOD HOW DO I GET OFF THIS THING I DON'T EVEN, crash, rag doll character fly, I'M OFF THE BUGGY! Enter hotel, bad customer service, kill all of the savages, exit like a boss, get back on buggy, OH MY GOD THIS IS STILL FUN AND I STILL DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET OFF, repeat crash etc, Got a new mission! Go to other colonized base, get their mission, start the mission to find some noob at a radio tower, die, need checkpoint, checkpoint is before I even started second mission, end the game. Hopefully no more history soon...

Pokemon Yellow GameBoy Color

History: After starting up this game, I noticed that my starters were drastically low leveled, so I decided to power them up a bit. After level grinding for awhile, I decided to go and continue the game. I got up to the Grass Gym, beat Erika, and saved the game. More history coming soon...

Sonic Unleashed PS3

Description: Probably one of my top favorite Sonic games. This game truly shows Sonic's ultimate speed and powers. The background may be a bit dull at times, but the game still ends up being beautiful in any way imaginable for a Sonic game.

History: I didn't spend as much time on this as I hoped I would, being I started at around 1:30 AM... I went through Mazuri (Africa) a few times trying to master a few early tricks and such, but never really got them down. More history soon...

Day Two : You broke your promise on the second day, I'm ashamed, but I completely get it, the Pokemon challenge yesterday ruined my goal of never playing Pokemon again too.

Day Four : I think I'm dying of starvation, this island seems to be shrinking as I stay. Also, Sonic sucks.

No, not necessarily. It just means that you took a day off, and that you need to make Day Six extremely interesting.

I think I might check up on this regularly. This is interesting, and it gives me game ideas on what I can play. I keep playing the same damn stuff, and need something new.
