The "shout box" on the game page at the bottom of the page no longer displays the same content as the chat box in the play game windows.

This was done for 2 reasons:
1. It help reduces database strain which ultimately increases the load speeds of the play windows and the game pages
2. The "shout box" is meant for people making comments on the game where the chat box is meant for people to chat back and forth (like a chat room)
