In the end, the majority of the people on this team are pretty close friends with me, so I can trust them to operate without a team leader as you will all probably agree for the most part.

If a team captain has to be present for an activity, then I'll assign a random player to the duty when it needs to be done. (this will only happen 2-3 times, and has no bearing on the actual camp. So it's really not important)
