also if your searching online for a user picture make sure you highlight the entire URL copy and paste it into your edit profile. ex: http:// <---make sure you highlight that part as well if your gonna use a picture from a site. I forgot to highlight the http:// part and i couldnt post my user pic up but i fixed it as you can see

I'd suggest if you're taking an image from another site to save it and put it on photobucket or image shack or whatever image hosting site you prefer and link to that. Sites don't like for people to leech off of them. And that also safeguards you against the image being moved or removed from the site and your link being broken.

Of course, if you move or remove it yourself, the same could happen.
