Stockton90 : i am not much into asain food. it freaks me out. seriolsy. i think they even have ballon fish stuffedup with brocollli, and scorpions ?! crickets and stuff are not that bad. they are healthy, but you eat the wrong ones you can die instantly. i hope that changes peoples minds about asain food. they also have squid, sardines, and seaweed in pizza. but sushi is actually very good tasting.

I always wanted to visit japan one day.

haitamchouiekh : Lol I hear you. When I visited Vancouver, we went to an Asian market, and some of the food didn't look the least bit appetizing. But than again, looks can be deceiving, and first impressions generally don't mean much. Eating sushi is a bit of a risk with certain specimen, and the chef has to be extra careful in preparing it. I think fatalities are very rare though, so most people don't give it a second thought.

Japan? My dream ! I love everything related to them and not only the anime,manga . Their culture is amazing and they combine so well modern life style,tradition,nature,harmony yet Japan is the country of cosplayers and so much more. I really wish one day to be there ,eat some ramen,enjoy Hanami Matsuri Festival (the celebration of blooming Cherry Blossom ) Everything it's beautiful  about Japan also their legends ,tradition ,landscape,hot springs,stunning Mountain Fuji San . To sum everything up : Japan, The Land of Rising Sun is something unique ,worth of all admiration

I like japan because of the customs and food (I do not like sushi very much.) My dream is to go to japan and start a company there and then spread my company through-out the world (my company would be an advertisement company for games and other stuff too. But mostly games.)

I've been to Japan in real life. It was good and it was the food that got me. The sweet and raw seaweed with rice and salmon ; Just so good. I also like that they made Pokémon and the whole series! Sushi For the Win!

Yes! I love Japan, because of the food, the latest and greatest technology and the anime and the females and also their comic conventions are amazing!

I love japan, but not just for its gaming and technology, but for its vast culture.
They still are in touch with their culture unlike most other countries.

To be honest, when it comes to Japan only the anime, games and technology grabs my interest. Its true there is a great culture there, but things like that don't really interest me as a whole.

I love Japan, specially their food and their culture. Most of them (Japanese) are also polite and very helpful. :3 Now I'm craving for fresh maki and sushi... I've been there a few times, I go with my dad once in a while outside the country when I'm not busy.

Japan. An awesome country. Lots of good games, animes, mangas and stuff like that. They also have a very nice language and writing system and like Juliet wrote, most of Japanese people are very polite (well, from what I have known from documentaries etc., since I never was in Japan.)
And I also like the traditions and the culture which they are so proudful of. The legends of people who lived very long ago, the dragons, demons and the art. Yeah, really beautiful.
The food is nice, though I don't like fish very much. Like most asian food, it's exotic and delicious.

However, it's one of the most populated [dont know if you say it like that] countries of the world; I imagine it would be really stressful to live in the big cities of Japan.

To tell you the truth I never went to Japan but most of the items in the U.S are imported goods from Japan and I also seen pictures and videos of the place and I certainly would like to go there one day.

I have always wanted to go to Japan. I like just about everything: the food, games, culture, language, anime, manga, clothing styles, etc. I'm gonna go there one day. Just you wait. I will. And nobody can change my mind about it. I'M COMING FOR YOU JAPAN!

I enjoyed it immensely.  My wife and I traveled to Tokyo, Kyoto, Mt. Fuji, and Narita.  I was on Okinawa with the Marine Corps.

The pros are many.  Japan is clean.  People have a sense of respect for their area and they manage to take personal responsibility for their actions.  Cities are massive, densely populated and still manage to be clean.  There's very little trash.  The bars are fun and seeing all the clothes people wear is enjoyable.  People light up when you speak English to them and we had random strangers come over and try their speaking and writing skills.  The food is nothing like you see at American Japanese restaurants.  I ate entrails for example.  They don't serve those here.  The sushi is some of the freshest you'll ever have.

It's worth your time to visit.  There is great history, fun activities, and it's completely different compared to western culture of North America and Europe.

Yes I do like Japan because I like there anime and game. Also there whole life - style too. I'm Asian but I'm Indonesian.
