I know these may be noob but...
I have 3 questions in rpg maker 2003. Any Help would be very appreciated.
And Thank You In Advance

1. How do you make Quests?
2. How do you Set It So Certian Characters say differnt things to you when you are at a Certain Level?

3. A Bit More COmplicated - I Have a charcter in my game that when you first talk to him he gives you a 3 choice(show choice event. and if u pick choice one he tells u to come back when ur stronger lvl 5 so he can give you a quest (hence questions 1 and 2). I wanna make so that if u talk to him again after u picked choice 1 he would say different stuff than before.
