Hello Dave If you are reading this as this thread's title these are some ideas for the Retro Game Room.

1.Systems= These  are a few systems that you might useuper Famicom (Or in short SF) Atari 5200 and 7800 (A5200,A7800)

2.Games= Sega Genesis: Sonic 1 and 2, Sonic 2 - The Hybridization Project   (Go to Sonic Retro for those)

benmario69 : I think Atari 5200 and 7800 are on the list of systems to be eventually supported, as for the Hybridization Project, whatever that is, a link would be helpful, and then tRIUNNE would be the person to see about that.

Lazlo Falconi : I personally think there should be Vizzed Board Records. Like most posts in a hour, day, week, month, yeah, yada yada yada. Most profile views... stuff like that. Of course, anytime a record was broken, it would have to be checked to make sure it was not done unfairly, like spammy posts and what not... what do you think of that?

thing1 : We already track most posts per hour during the Tour de Vizzed, I don't really see a reason to track it year-round, as it just encourages spamming. As for profile views... I don't think the board tracks that at all, and it would require a bit of programming that wouldn't really have much payoff.

Lazlo Falconi: i thought it was a good idea. I wonder if my 100th post for the day (this is number 100) would be a record. And I got some coding for a profile view counter. So the profile view thing you can do on your own. I just thought the record thing would kind of cool. And I did mention that if a record was potentially broken, the posts or whatever the record is about would be reviewed to determine if it was a legitimate new record...

As for the suggestions brought up by the OP, new systems cost money to add, so Vizzed needs more donations to expand the retro game room. As for games, tRIUNE adds games to the RGR, like Lazlo said, so he's the one to go to.

It would also be cool to have like achievements or something like that  in the retro game room. So that when you unlock an achievement you get like viz and experience.

mourinhosgum : This just won't happen. Just look at Sega's releases on Steam and XBL, they don't have achievements because you can't really link into an emulated game like that.

LolWutPear : If you're using Windows 7 (And maybe Vista) right-click the volume icon by your clock and click Open Volume Mixer while watching a video on Youtube or something (Sound has to be playing through your browser) then turn the volume down as TJ said.

ddda : That is suggested by pretty much every newbie who is active in the Retro Game Room. It won't happen. Games on disc consoles like PS1 (or anything newer than that) are 100s times larger than the cartridge games. The server simply does not have the capacity to stream that much information. If just a few people played some PS1 games at the same time, that alone would suck up all the bandwidth the server has, cause the whole site to lag horribly for everyone, and then crash the browser. A server that has a bandwidth capable of handling a crap load of people streaming that much information at once without crashing would cost quite a fortune. It just isn't going to happen. So no PS1, PS2, Xbox, GameCube, Dreamcast, etc.  Just in case this is going to be asked, DS is also not going to be added for legal reasons.

I think there could be a "Vizzed radio center" run by one or two people for us all to listen to. This sounds crazy but hear me out.  A link with a bunch of hour long podcasts or whatever featuring whats new in Vizzed, whats happening in chat, funny things in the forum, maybe the popular game being played, etc. It would probably take massive donations but if I can donate some and we all can donate some, it could happen. Maybe.
