Kiddo you could always take you revenge out on masterdash in the next game considering i believe you have both signed up for it.

Anyway, we had some antics from MasterDash who said something about an s being important.

Whatever.

Morsalbus was about to die. But then the Doctor saved him. So there's that.

Then, his attempted killer returned to his room.

Only to be killed himself. silverthundr was a Loose Cannon. Derp.

And somebody who thought they knew the godfather's identity ran to his room post haste.

And what ensued was a dramatic standoff where they killed each other.

KiddoCabbuses : Sneaky. I had a hunch you might be the Mafia Loose Cannon, but I thought silver or Mors were more likely.

WarpStarFerret : Well i tried to make myself look kinda suspicious as to draw attention away from kiddo. At the end of the day i figured there wasn't another sheriff or any other town sided investigative roles so kiddo was more valuable than i was.

Yeah, the round was well played all in all. Kiddo was a good mafia. I know I offed pacman, but honestly the only real mistake I think I made was NOT publicizing that Kiddo was a Loose Cannon of some kind. I don't know if silver would have bought it, but it just might have worked. I could have even told silver that Kiddo was gunning for him, which I should have done. Had no reason not to, I knew it was the last round anyways.

silverthundr : Yeah, that close. I thought about telling on Kiddo, but I didn't know for sure who was who, and I felt that if I was wrong and you and/or Mors were town side (which you were) that you would target me for pointing at Kiddo. You suspected me and not Kiddo after all.

sonicmcmuffin : I suspected you from the moment you sent the PM. Far to many grammatical errors for a clean poster. That screamed 2-3 PMs in rapid succession. You didn't need to goof off, though that did make my decision easier. It was Kiddo playing flawlessly that gave the game, with all the half truths and outing BOTH of his teammates. Go figure.

Time to name the MVPs

1. sonicmcmuffin - He played his role as godfather exactly as I hoped when he rolled godfather for his role. He worked well with what he had, and made the most of his usual play style to get to the end of the game and serve as a meat shield for the mafia

2. Morsalbus - for being the only doctor to actually save someone in this game. Himself. In a game full of loose cannons, it's nothing short of impressive he managed to live until the end.

3. MasterDash/KiddoCabbuses - Say what you will... he provided ME with a lot of entertainment. Which is what matters. I host this game because I enjoy it. He fully embraced insanity and ran a pretty decent cover for Kiddo and sonic despite an early death... surprisingly effective. Also, Kiddo gets in on the action here for his using this to his advantage... even if he didn't know it at the time, they both benefitted off each other's play.

legacyme3 : Believe me when I say this, sonic did good but Kiddo was most DEFINITELY the MVP. Just trust me on that. You only know his posts, not his PMs.

silverthundr : Pretty much nailed it all. Although the GF me showdown wasn't as totally rigged as the Mafia thought it was. I had FoS on sonic for quite a while.

sonicmcmuffin : I still probably would have shot you in the last round even without all the grandoise posturing. I had FoS on you pretty early, the crazy PM just added to it is all.

KiddoCabusses: You have no idea how close I came to offing you in night round one. I was seriously, seriously contemplating it. I even sent a PM for a "Just in case" scenario if I was inactive to leggy, with your name on it, but changed my mind. You, sir, are lucky. If I hadn't been able to get on, you would've bit the dust. (Oh the irony, if I had been inactive we would've won... )

KiddoCabbuses : you were summoned.

WarpStarFerret : That's the joy of mafia i suppose, do you go with your gut or you do you go with logic...... It is the sort of game where you look back at the actions and say if i had done this we would have won... 

I'm just happy i was on the winning side... even if i did die xD

I'd just like to say that this round has been a lot of fun to discuss about after the game in Vizzed Chat. Moreso than actually playing itself.

I very much had to craft a  balance between acting like myself and playing my role. Although I may look like a mastermind/manipulative bastard, I did basically have to Indy Ploy my whole way, and I was -very- sincere in what I thought about MasterDash.
(Which probably just made the smokescreen all the more effective, I guess.)

It appears I was good at the half-truths (and whole truths that were outright gambles) which kept my smokescreen up. I will say I was -very- slow, -very- careful, and -very- nervous writing all those out, because it's not in my normal character to lie, danged aspergers! I just had to keep repeating to myself "It's a game, play my role!"

Also, sonicmcmuffin tended to listen to my advice often, and went along with my plans more than vice-versa. That being said, I spent much of the latter game making gambles. Even on that last night, I could've lost simply due to there being one too many doctors, or if silverthundr hit me.

I told leggy that I thought the game was mafia-sided, and his simple "the setup was Mafia-sided" made me realize he probably knew what MasterDash was gonna do the whole time. The fiend!

I'm always at least 5 steps ahead of the players if not more. From the moment the roles are rolled, I have a general idea of how the game will go.

And I know most of the players actions before they do it. I really love getting into the heads of players.

I love mafia. Not so much playing, but rather discussing the logic and foul play that comes with it. That's why I've taken to hosting. And I've run with it.
