I believe that I was currently 8 years old when I first got my PSP, I had so much fun playing with it and playing with my cousin, also Kingdom of Paradise was like very fun,and I still have one today!

I got the Gameboy Advance SP when I was around 5-6. My first game was Mario Kart. It was difficult for me but I eventually got better at it. I later on got the Crash Bandicoot one.

I was five years old, I got a pink Gameboy color, and I got Mickey mouse racing. I had it for most of my life. Had to get rid of it a year or two ago though because it stopped working. )'=

I was  7. I got my GBA i loved it <3 playing  Sonic games and mario games it was fun.

I was five years old when my aunt gave me my cousin's GBA.

I was about 5 years old when I got my first Handheld and my first Handheld was 2 Game Boy Colours in Red and Blue.

I was about 5 or 6 six when I got a teal gameboy color. Only game I had then for it was Pokémon red. My brother had a purple one and Pokémon blue. We are competitive about some games. He's only beaten me a few times lol.

When I was three or four, I got my first Gameboy Advance and the color of it was blue.. It came with a few games. When I was five or six, I got my first Nintendo DS and it was Silver. When I was eight, I got my first DSi! The color of it was blue. For last years Christmas, I got a Flame Red 3DS. Future :  Planning to get the Deluxe version of the Wii U.

I remember that I first got my handheld (which was a GB or Game Boy) when I was around... uh... 7? 8? Somewhere around those ages, but I only had 1 game of it, I bought another game, but somehow I lost the cartridge and never found it again, I believe I don't have the GB anymore, because I never saw it again.

Hmm... my first handheld was a GameBoy Color. I think I got it around 2000 or so, so I musta been 12 or 13 at the time. Yeah, it took me forever to get a handheld. I had been console gaming since 6 though.

I was probably around 6 when I got my Game Boy Advanced. I used to play Pokemon Yellow all the time on that thing.

Yes, I used it quite a lot up until I got a DS. Now, I'm not really into portable systems but I'll play my Vita every once and a while.

I think I was 5 or 6 years old when I first got the original Game Boy  for Christmas. Came with Super Mario Land; the game with mellow music and first introduction of Princess Daisy! I used to go through batteries so fast, my parents bought me a chargeable pack which was a pain to lug around and did not last very long. Had some great times with it and Kirby's pinball Land too; played the crud out of it. I think only when Pokémon came out did I take a break from Kirby.

I actually made a story based off Kirby's Dreamland for an after-school program, Family Writing. Nothing too special, just me waking up and getting sucked into dreamland with Kirby and then waking up for real this time and about to play some Kirby when he winks at me through the screen, haha.

What is more amazing is that it still works! 20 some years later and it still works. Takes some messing with for older games but after a few moments of blowing on the cartridges and game slot, it works!

The first handheld I've ever had was a Game Boy Advance...I think I was 7 or 8. I don't remember what game I played though...possibly Looney Tunes, but I'm not sure.

I must've been about about five - first handheld was gameboy with Super Mario Land.

Being that young with no worries yada yada, is an old memory but good memory for me. lol

I don't remember. I was probably around 6 or 7 when I first got my Game Boy Color. I think Pokemon Blue was my first game. 

I grew up with older bothers who had these handhelds, so i had these handhelds from the original gameboy i remember i was around 5 when i got a game boy color and played Pokemon all day long then as the new versions came out i kept asking for them, my favorite was the Gameboy Advance SP. That back light was way to good during late school nights :p!
