tom760 : I don't have multiple account that use the plug-in. All I know is that when I played Pokémon Emerald, the saved in data was lost but when I pressed F4, the save file LOADED. But on Fire Red version, the save datas were erased. And also on Final Fantasy IV, my data was erased as well. And I wonder if my Legend of Zelda files are deleted as well. I'm confused. So does this mean that I'll have to finish there games again? If that's the case, then I guess I'll be okay with that.

This latest update has been working very well for me so far. No complaints. I also loved that so many systems were added, so now I can try more games and not have to worry about storage space on my PC.

I'm especially happy to see the Lynx games here. It will be nice to go back and play a lot of those games without having to deal with the crappy display that system had.

I'm also having the "Failed to download server file version info." problem. I'll try reinstalling the plugin and see if it helps.

Hello everybody,

After uninstalling the old and installing the new version of RGR, the Pokemon Emerald game never loads properly - the furthest it has got this afternoon is 'Loading Pokemon emerald data, exiting this window may cause your browser to crash'. It doesn't load the chat area to the left either.

I have tried reinstalling and turning the computer off etc to no avail. Anyone else had this problem? Or better a solution!

Hi, I'm still new here and I love the site by the way
But since last night I've been having some problems mentioned here above as well.
When I load the game, I too receive a message at the bottom that says "Error: Failed to download server file version info"
I'm just glad I'm not the only one. I've tried reinstalling the plug in as well as restarting my computer, and it still does the same thing

regsvr32 "C:Program Files (x86)VizzedVizzed Retro Game RoomVizzedRgrAx.ocx"

after it should give you a msgbox saying it succeeded.  Try the IE plugin now.

Never heard anyone report an issue like that.  Not sure what would be special about your computer where you get that problem and others don't.

You might try taking a screenshot through windows and posting it (can use print screen kb button or search google for directions if needed)

The error shows up because a download failed.  Could be from the server being overloaded maybe, or from your internet connection having issues.  If you get that, best to just reload the game.  If you always get it though, then let us know.

Shouldn't matter if you did an uninstall or upgrade, as long as you didn't tell the uninstaller that you don't plan to use the plugin in the future (in which case it deletes save files, config files, downloads).
