CarBitGTSaxen : That game isn't fixable for the Plugin, but I added the Regular Edition just now which works withe the Plugin. Not sure what the difference is between the regular and plus versions though:

I have a other question. So, I have download the same emulator of the NES emulator that the Vizzed RGR plug-in has. So, I search this game on Internet, but I can't find it. If I want the link where you have find it, is because I can make lots of things with the real emulator.
And this game, I really love it! But I really try to search where is the Rom, but I can't find it, so I need that you give me the link where you have find the game.  Here the link (Of the game on Vizzed) https://www.vizzed.com/play/toy-story-nes-online-nintendo-nes-32330-game

Thanks.

PS. I have take lots of screen shots for NES games that have no images.

Hey, I just thought of a silly theoretically question.

I've been looking around the internet for archived saved games made in game engines such as Dezaemon and RPG Tsukuru SUPER DANTE for SFC. What are the possibilities for them being featured or any such? There are a few... rather interesting ones. I may do Youtube recordings of them some time.

Apologies for not responding sooner! I've been preparing a batch to download. I got 5 Dezaemon saves so far, and two RPG Tsukuru 2 saves that I want to look at.

This is a batch of 5 Dezaemon saves I dug out from searching the Japanese internet.

KiddoCabbuses : Technically this is possible, but not through the rom data. A few reasons for this, let me see if I know how to explain. The Plugin will only load the rom (not the save) from the folder and then creates a unique save which is stored in a separate directory in the user plugin data folder.

If the game allowed for the User game to be copied to the Sample game then it would probably save to the rom data, but it only allows the sample to be copied (which ironically didn't seem to copy when I selected copy - the user game was the same when played, and should have been the sample game when played, if that makes since; unless I'm not understanding how that copying would work):

This can still be done though for the video, although it wouldn't be an 'official RGR game', it would just be the save running on an RGR game. The save file from that pack can be placed in your user plugin data folder and renamed to Dezaemon (J).srm, then load up Dezaemon

For that you'd go to Start Menu > All Programs > Vizzed Retro Game Room > Open Plugin Data Folder > User-"your user id here" > ZSNES > Saves.

Here's an example of me playing "Dezaemon_user.srm" from that save pack with the Rgr Plugin:
https://www.vizzed.com/boards/upload/files/dezaemon.JPG

Save files for RPG Tsukuru SUPER DANTE will probably work for storing into the rom data though because of the in-game save slots, and I could upload those as separate RPG Tsukuru games based on the user data.

KiddoCabbuses : If only I could figure out some way to have those save files in the rom data, they're kinda cool edits. This one "thm1715.srm" is apparently is a Touhou game that looks nicely done:

Rather unfortunately the Touhou game isn't complete per se - after level 2 you basically get kicked back into Daioh Gale... except you're still Reimu. Which is humorous in it's own right. Of course, the Touhou characters can make a good theoretical more complete mod.

As for hacking those games in the ROM itself, I'll look into it! I was in fact hoping to see if I could hack another game's data into the "BS-X Shooting" ROM, so hopefully something useful will come out of researching that.

That's neat, but I can't get it working... I put the save file into the Saves folder, rename it, and load it up. But I'm still stuck with the default game.

A new Dazaemon (J).srm file gets created whenever I start up the game. I think I'm doing something wrong, but I'm not sure what it is. x3

Can you add Super Mario Bros for the NES? For the RGR plug-in? Is sure that this game can be fixed. There are hacks of this game that work with RGR plug-in. Is impossible that this game can't be on the plug-in.

Could you link the page?

Edit: Never mind I see it now. Yeah I'll look for a rom that works with the Plugin.

Speaking of Touhou games, do you think we can get the PC-98 system on there? I don't know a lot about it except for the fact that the first 5 Touhou games were released for it and it's something like a computer system.

The wiki page is here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NEC_PC-9801

Someone70 : Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to do that I only add the games.

If there's a Java emulator available for it, David would have to script it into the RGR, other wise tom760 would have to update the Plugin to include that system.

Someone70 : I don't know why I missed your 1st post about the save files not working - I've noticed that I've not been getting notifications a lot of times recently.

Anyways, since you have a save file for the game now in your plugin data folder, in that save file pack rename the save file to Dezaemon (J) and then place it in the plugin save directory for ZSNES and it should ask if you want to overwrite the existing file.

That should work.

I'm not able to find any rom unfortunately for it for any current system in the RGR.

I'll update my "save file hunt" status by noting that I've been linked a few sites with a bunch of RPG Tsukuru 2 and Sound Novel Tsukuru saves. All in Japanese, mind, so they're probably not too friendly for the folks here.

I'm still looking out for Dezaemon saves. I think it'd be neat if someone could see if it was possible to outright convert a Playstation "Dezaemon Plus" save into a SFC Dezaemon save, since Plus is built on the SFC version's engine.
