What degree are you going for in college? Or what degree did you go for in college? What job do you hope to obtain with that degree?

I'm currently going to college for a degree in psychology. What I want to do with it I'm not sure. I just know that I love psychology and I want to spend the rest of my life around it.

I'm in college right now trying to get a degree in computer science. I don't really know what I'm gonna do with it, but I've got time to figure it out.

Doing my BA in social work administration. So, that would make me a future social worker.
I see so many things around me that need fixing, especially people who need fixing,  that's why I chose it.
Don't actually need a degree for helping, but it sure makes a lot of things easier when you are "qualified".

I am going to school for secondary education. Secondary education is high school teaching. I have been studying three different teaching fields, which are speech, theater, and biology (I know, kind of a weird combination). I have finally finished all my speech, theater, and biology courses, and have started my phase I process, which is interning twice a week in a high school class that I was assigned to as well as taking teaching courses such as education philosophy and classroom management. Next semester is my phase II, which is student teaching. That will be my last semester before I get my degree.

For my five undergraduate years I got a double major in history and social science, a minor in Spanish and about half of a social studies teaching license. In other words, everything but the student teaching. I would have gotten that too but the truth is that I cannot work full time nights and be a full time student at the same time and do well at both. I can come |     | close but not quite. That is why I plan on going to graduate school for a Master of Arts in Education (or at least most of it) and to get the license next fall.

I'll obtain my dual degree of a BS in Mechanical and BS in Aerospace engineering at the end of 4.5 or 5 years, I'm not sure. Hoping to be done in 4.5. So many classes to take. Sounds like Ralph was a little more productive with his time. If I tried to get a minor in anything it would set me back another semester.

Not entirely sure what to do with my degree after I get it. If I were to be accepted in the Disney College Program, it'd be pretty cool to be an Imagineer.

Double Major. Music: Vocal Performance and Theater. It's awesome, because most of the people who have 2 majors, or even education majors usually spend 5 years at this school between classes and student teaching. But with a few summer classes and a few hours of overload, I'm going to graduate in 4, just like I hoped. Gonna be done with school in May.

I'm in my last semester of a BS in Computer Engineering with an emphasis on embedded system programming and signal processing.  I have also completed a minor in Mathematics.  I plan to go to graduate school and get a PhD.  The next step after that is to find a top-level design position at Rincon, L3, or similarly focused companies so I can really make a difference in my field.

Going for a bachelor's (or maybe master's, who knows) in Mechanical Engineering. With the co-op program I'm working towards, I'll be a civilian engineer for the navy at the PAX River base and they'll pay for everything after my associate's. After that...I don't know what I'll do :/. I'm going into engineering because math and science--especially physics--are my favorite subjects, but none of my life goals really involve my career. It's just so I have something to support my family.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from San Jose State University in December 2008. I am trying to get my Master of Arts in Instructional Technology in the Education Department at San Francisco State University so I can become a professor in computers or be a Adaptive Technology Assistant working with people with disabilities on the computer and teach it at the community college or university level. I should be finished either this May or August of 2012.   (last edited by vegas777 on 04-26-12 01:06 AM)

I don't have a degree yet. But I am going to school right now to be a medical office specialist at Kaplan college. I make pretty good grades. Today I learned about medical laws and ethics. Tomorrow I believe it will be infection control and vital signs.

I'm working to get my Bachelor's degree in CIS (Computer Information Systems), with my concentration being web game design. Usually, it would take most people four years to get it, but I'm getting my in three years, because I go year round without a break. Its obviously faster and much cheaper to do it that way.

Once I graduate, I plan to work at home programming for a business. I'll start small, then work my way up to the bigger companies, where ill be getting paid some good amounts of money.
