sonicmcmuffin : Don' sweat it... I usually drink about one a day, if I have the money to get one. By the way, have you ever heard of Rip It? They are only 99 cents a piece for 16 ounces, and are a heck of a lot healthier. And they taste better, too. Well, in my opinion anyway...
The only bad thing about them? they are very hard to find. You usually have to go to the gas station or convience storrs that nobody goes too, unless you find a place that stays stocked with them (if you know of a place, let me me know ASAP, please)

Lately, I haven't had any cans of Monster, but I would say it is one of my favorites, if not my favorite, energy drink. I love energy drinks, I could drink them daily (which I did my senior year of high school) because I love the taste of them more than anything else I've tasted.

Lifetime I've had a couple or few hundred energy drinks, I'd say about half of those were probably Monster. Usually just the original though, it's the best.

While Taurine is in Bile, it occurs naturally in foods and is an amino acid, a basis for protein.

This was taken from Wikipedia on Taurine, and I will shorten it:

"Taurine is essential for cardiovascular function, and development and function of skeletal muscle, the retina and the central nervous system. . . Taurine occurs naturally in food, especially in seafood and meat."

It isn't bile, but taurine is a part of bile. There is taurine, not bile, in energy drinks. No need to be disgusted.

thing1 : I have had 1 monster drink my entire life, and the truth is, I probably wont have anymore. I don't really like the taste of energy drinks..and they always remind me of times drinking shots and getting way too drunk. So I basically stay away from energy drinks of any kind.

I've only taken like 2 sips of a Monster Energy Drink in my entire life...it tasted like crap both times and I don't plan on drinking more of it anytime soon.
