Lost save on Pokemon Topaz..Can anyone help?

Hi,

I had a save with quite a few hours on it for Pokemon Topaz but it appears to be missing.

This is the first time I've been on since the server update if that helps?

Can this be looked in to at all?

edit: I've seen the thread about the loss of saves using the RGR plug in but I use the Java Emulator (the middle one) so I don't know if I'll be affected?

The Java Emulator was also down for a very long time, so that might have been what had happened.  I am not sure if that helped but that seems like a likely cause.
