I have a question about the server.

What is typically the point where the server locks incoming users out due to server strain? Like, how many people are usually visiting the site at those times?

This thread seems to average 20 posts a week so replying to this every Monday is working out very nice.

thing1 : Yeah I did just give myself Viz, that destroys the value of Viz no more than the site handing out Viz for doing stuff.

So a feature where users buy me gifts with Viz? I don't see how that really benefits anyone.

thing1 : I make the raft. If I make it to that land off in the distance and there is no inhabitants, than I'll just find another tree to make another raft out of if for some reason my current raft broke. Either way I can't live off of coconuts and I'm not spending the rest of my life on a island by myself.

Chronabis : I don't ever get a true day off from the site but I do try to take the weekends off. I always have to check up on the site at least once every day for at least a half hour so if I ever did go on Vacation, I'd have to bring my laptop with and make sure to find a Wifi connection somewhere.

Black Bot : Everyone looks cool with the Green background. You no longer rule at it because I'm pretty sure you have been completely DQd from the Green Jersey.

Divine Aurora : Favorite forum is probably General Chat. I usually enjoy running vizzed but there are times when it gets overwhelming and stressful. Thank goodness for the staff though because I don't know what I would do.

mrkoolnerd : When I'm not working on the site, half of that time I'm taking care of my kids, a quarter of it I'm taking care of the house or myself and the other quarter I'm working out or spending time with my wife. Sometimes I try to squeeze in time to play a game but that hasn't happened in a while, the site has kept me really busy lately.

thing1 : I was just about to let my religion decide my decision lol. Ok in that case, I would say immortality because with that much free time, I'd probably become the richest man to have ever existed and therefore it'd be like having unlimited money. Think about it, if someone has existed forever, they would have more knowledge and skills than anyone who has ever existed and therefore be able to acheive anything. You'd also be saving up money for 1000s of years and you'd more than likely own some very valuable antiques.

A certain number of CP within a day? I have actually thought about that and I plan to maybe do that eventually.

Yes I plan to add Rom hacks to the contributions page real soon, probably before the month ends. If I forget to do it by next Tuesday, be sure to remind me because I sometimes get so busy that I forget to do things.

Legs_Ftw : I'll eventually add more uses for CP. Contribution Points do have a lot of use right now, for example, the more CP you have the more Viz you earn for various actions. CP also increases your chances of becoming a staff member and helps the staff figure out who to trust more.

Some items in the future item shop will require a certain number of CP and various features in the future may require a certain number of CP.

Sephirothxxxxxxxxxxx : I actually think it's DDoS attacks that cause the server random strain sometimes. The site sometimes gets that way even during the dead hours and hostgator has detected a DDoS attack recently so that leads me to assume that a lot of the time when that happens it's an attack of some sort.

I meant if you get like 25,000 CP or something you get a permanent custom name style. That's a good idea too. Maybe if you get like 500 CP one day the next day you get a custom name.

No, not buy you gifts. Buy other users gifts. Like... let's say something cost 100k Viz. That person wants it, but can't afford it. They put it on a wish list, and other people can pay towards it until it is completely paid for, like a gift system. 

Davideo7 : I know that you don't have the time for such things, that's why I was thinking someone could be your "community manager" Post interesting retro game videos, screenshots, funny cartoons that are retro gaming related. Just something to drive Vizzed social presence more and hopefully attract some new users to the site.

If I make a tournament where users can battle each other in pokemon would you make an announcement for it? I found a website that lets you battle other users in pokemon.

Well I uploaded 2 videos to the vizzed youtube channel and days later no CP or Viz.

thing1 : You do know we can never have enough users? I mean if they do donate its a good thing for Davideo7 since he would like more traffic. If this does happen David would be able to go slightly better giveaways due to having more money.

Do you still own Halo 4? I am going to borrow it from the library for the next 2 weeks. Do you think it would be possible to have a tournament sometime before the 15th of August?

Who's your favorite site staff on vizzed? You can't say you like them all or that you don't have a favorite.

David, do you have certain standards for who you add to your friends list? If so what are those standards, like do you have to be part of staff?, or do they have to been on site for a while? 

How can I change my location, I forgot to choose where i live and its not the correct time based on where I live.
