Although it comes as no surprised to me that Vizzed is still alive and well, it is somewhat surprising that my account still exists. I guess that means you must still be running Acmlm (unless you imported the users table; I suppose that is hypothetically possible) albeit it looks a lot different than I last remember it. (Also you removed the Powered By! )

Anyhow, I was recently hit with a wave of nostalgia and have been registering on all the Acmlm-based or Acmlm-community-based boards I could find that still exist. So, here I am!

(I'm also still registered on Xeo, but I can't remember the damn password. I'd create a new account but I like being userid 187 instead of 934.)

well that is a name I haven't seen in a while.

Yeah, the board has been running for the last 7 years straight basically. David has updated most of the code himself so it's really not an acmlm board anymore but it's based enough off of that code that it could still be considered a derivation of the acmlm system.

Well, IRC is nice, but David I think prefers the flash/html chat set up. It's not really all too bad. Prevents nickname abuse, and in general can be a peaceful place. Sometimes it gets wild, but a moderator usually snuffs it out.

I can't say I know a whole ton about the specifics of board code, but David works a lot on this site so I doubt it's much of an Acmlm board at this point.

I've noticed that when I tried to upload a new avatar it didn't work; it just replaced my old one with a missing image... Also I may have spoofed by birthday when I registered here a long time ago, but I'm definitely not 41. Maybe I should PM Davideo7 to change my birthdate to 12/22/89. (Wouldn't mind changing the name to Dekker, either.)

I'm legacyme3 on every board. As my name isn't exactly something most would unintentionally copy, I have been able to register legacyme3 on every site/board/application that I'll ever need.

I don't have a ton of Acmlm board experience, but in the past year I've gone to one or two others.

I'll "warn" you now... this is a VERY different board than it used to be. I would go so far as to suggest that overall it's a much more open-minded place than it was even a year or 2 ago let alone comparing it to 7 years ago when the board was restarted.

Welcome back, I saw that you were online just now and realized you had made a thread recently.  I definitely remember you and it's always nice to see old names around once in a while.

Yeah the user pic thing should be working now, I've been doing server/site maintenance for the past 3 weeks.

The site still has some acmlm board code but it's now the minority of the overall site code.  Eventually the site will no longer contain any acmlm board code since I've been slowly customizing the site by adding a lot of new features and changing / modifying a lot of the old ones.
