yeh,so i read the indian news, get over it.
this time they were reporting pakistani 'news'though, but this news was planted in american news.confused?the link clears it up.really i think thats the most pitifull and baseless claim iv seen in a while, with pakistan claiming,on the anniversary of 911,that they have done more to fight terrorism than any other country.
thoughts?

I realize that they are trying to rebuild their image in the eyes of Americans (and the rest of the world, really) but this... this is just a fail. An epic fail. And the choice of day was rather tasteless as well... honestly I think they just pissed people off more.

I personally think it's hilarious that they are that full of themselves.

Elara : i think that given they had osama within there border then say they have done more than anyone is pretty retarded.i wonder how much they payed the newspaper to put that article in,must of been quite a lot.
More ridiculous was the fact that about 3 days before osamas death pakistans main general said pakistan had broken the back of extremism.it would appear pakistan is fast to talk slow to walk.they speak of progress theyve made without actualy going forward.

Wow that is all I can really say. Seems to be pretty stupid to me, no matter what you do it will take time for me to regain your trust. If I ever regain the trust in you at all. Pakistan needs to get their act together and not have so much charades around them.

You should keep in mind that the US Government funds Pakistan millions (maybe even billions) in aide money to fight or fund this war on terror. So we have no right to bash Pakistan without looking like complete idiots in the process. Terrorism is a two way mirror, what we perceive as terrorists here is not necessarily a terrorist over there.

Maybe 9/11 wouldn't have happened if we were not so obsessed with using terrorism as a means of pushing agendas and laundering in money for the war machine. You have to keep in mind that US's perception of terrorism is very vague which enables them to point fingers and transition to new wars and new waldos easily without making any sense whatsoever.

They say Osama did 9/11 yet was he in the wreckage on 9/11? No, he was in a compound for 10 years watching TV and making youtube videos while we are trying to discover new breeds of cavemen in the mountains of Afghanistan. Talk about conspiracy theories, blaming Osama for 9/11 is the same as blaming Bush for 9/11 there is no difference.

In reality we should blame ourselves for not using common sense. Our society uses the tool of blame to push agendas. That is how we elect, that is how we start wars, that is how government keeps going like the energizer bunny while being trillions in debt. Does it make sense? No but people believe it and that is all that matters I guess.

I personally don't care who fights more terrorism because there is always another one waiting around the corner. Terrorism is much like sports, it has its players, it has its coaches, basically its a business and the american people are the fans who pay good money to see the games continue whether through taxes or tickets it really makes no difference to me.

I think it was very inappropriate timing yes. The reason they did it is obvious though, as others have said, in that they are trying to rebuild their image after it was found that Osama was hiding, in a mansion, in Pakistan. It wouldn't have been as bad if it had come out like...next month.

JigSaw : i know usa funds pakistan,i dont think you get much "bang for your buck"
Theres not any islamic group as powerfull as alquaeda(spelt wrong il wager)so i have little difficulty believing they were behind 911.the fact osama wasnt there is not relevant.he was a hypocrite,he wouldnt lay his life out like that.and he was in afghanistan before being pushed into pakistan.
Pakistan trains terrorists to attack india so its ironic that they claim to fight it.
Equaly though, the usa has trained the troops of some bigtime southamerican dictators so yes,you have a valid point.i do think groups should be targeted though, especialy those that deliberately cill civilians.

JigSaw : The difference between the theories that Bush and Bin Laden did it is that Osama Bin Laden actually came out and said he did it. No conspiracy theory there, that's a pretty good reason to think it was him.

As for our own actions and fuzzy logic... I won't get into that here, but we are not nor have we ever been innocent.

Elara : If a terrorist wants to be a kamikaze and fly planes into WTC that doesn't make it Osamas fault, its the kamikazes fault. If he really did do 9/11 he must have a lot of mystical power to be able to travel on 4 different planes at once, crash in 4 different places in multiple states and survive them all on the same day. Then and only then could he claim he did the attacks of 9/11, until then he is just taking credit from real terrorists.

by that same logic Hitler isn't responsible for the Holocaust since he didn't actually gas anyone himself.

It's bad logic.

Yeah, Pretty much what Geeo said. The real people to blame are the brains behind the operation, not the muscle.

trouble982 : I never said that. The muscle is just as much to blaim as the person behind the idea and planning.... they were influenced enough to actually do it.... but that doesn't make the person who made the plan and came up with the idea innocent either.

Id agree with geo.as people found out at nuremburgh,i was just following orders dosent cut it.neither does i never personally killed anyone.the people who ran the death camps were strung up from there own gallows.the off topic example is an analogy,to put this into context.osama provided the resources, weapons, money, plans.he is every bit accountable as the suicide bombers.if this wasnt the case i could walk into a bank, tell the people im with to rob it,and then state at my trial i didnt rob anyone,i just co-ordinated it.

Actually Pakistan has served to hinder us on terror. If I remember right, Pakistan has been known to tip of some terrorists when we get them. I think we even waited to tell Pakistan we sent seals in to kill Bin Laden until right before or during killing him.

If my logic was so bad, then we would have never went to war and wasted 10 years finding waldo. That does not make your logic any better, the fact that we killed Osama proves that its bad logic because it solved nothing when we could have just solved everything from the getgo.

Lets just say, the people who did it already died on 9/11. Case solved. But instead we kick the door wide open and start hunting down every rag head in the middle east looking for a fight. All it took was a few box cutters to hijack a plane and kill 3000 people. It's not like they flew here with their own military jets and bombed us.

They are too poor to afford their own jets. If they can't even get here without the aide of a commercial jet then this shouldn't even be considered a war. Maybe there needs to be CIA offices at airports and borders so they can screen who comes in to this country. Maybe then they could actually keep a leash on these terrorists who are thousands of miles away from any present danger to the US.

For a raghead to bypass our borders, then bypass airport security, then bypass the cia and norad proves how crappy we are at defense. If the USA was good at defense we would not have put terrorism alert on high this past 9/11 when nothing happened. If a terrorism threat is high you need to have a terrorist to begin with who is on US soil not in another country, instead they used an anniversary as a warning and walk around like headless chickens.

Where was the high terrorism threat on first 9/11? Everytime we think we know something is right we go in the opposite direction much like our presidents and our borders and our economy. Lets use "their" logic and hope it gets better. Lets go to another country and kill as many people as possible and hope we are safer. Lets elect this president and hope things get better. Lets kill Osama and pretend that it would end terrorism and the war. Lets implement naked body scanners in airports and hope that it will fix future 9/11's. Lets put the terrorism threat to high on 9/11 and pretend our country is safe for one day. It is that very logic which put our country in this mess to begin with. Eventually the terrorism threat will be set to high 24/7 because we will be so clueless as to who the terrorists are.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
