Please help me come up with an idea.

Can you give us an idea your resources and time restrictions, as that has a huge impact on production. For instance, if you got a grainy or lower resolution camera, you should consider converting the film to black and white as it will look a lot better.

Redrunelord : I've got an HD flip video camera and it should be between 10-15 mins long.

Scarecrowcalls : Well, my logic is look at what you actually got more carefully, and what you're capable of actually making. If you only got that 1 phone, you're limited in what kind of shots you can take (like it will be a lot more difficult to do elaborate scenes). if you got a more limited cast of actors, you can't do anything elaborate either.

if you're hard on physical resources, but got decent software...I suggest doing a psycho analysis of a character, or even yourself. I will link you one now to watch later, and maybe you could do something like that. That would probably be the easiest thing to do with limited resources, but still get good results. If your phone's audio quality is poor bring a portable mic if humanly possible for live shots, and focus on commentary over certain scenes for the best quality. If the video is poor, this is a perfect style to make either gray scale or tricolor film.

Other than those three(and some related subjects), there's not much you can do that'll be good and free.

Here are some ideas

Silent Film - You painting a wall. It has a lot of symbolism and imagery. You can use many tactics in editing too.

Silent Film - Place the camera at the start of a road. Walk to the end of the road. Edit heavily with you jumping all around and all sorts of stuff.

Staged fight - Get together a friend or two and have a REALLY good staged fight. At the end have both be knocked down and climbing to their feet. Have them hug and walk away from the fight.

Have an old man sit in a chair. Have him imagine his life and slip almost into dream. Have him remember his child days and have film of a child running around and what not. Have something bad happen in his childhood and then have it all work out. He is then woken up by the nurse for lunch.

Have no text lines.
