trouble982 :

They have as much chance as the Patriots

I think they are still a good team, but right now I'd say the Lions are my pick going forward. I just don't think any of my usual teams could do it save the Cowboys. And I never bet on my team since it's bad luck

mlb789 :

I basically have to score 70 points tonight just to tie it, and that's assuming that James Jones gets no points lol.  The odds are probably against me but it's still possible because tonight I have:
Aaron Rodgers (probably get me 20-30 points)
Greg Jennings (probably get me 10-15 points)
Jordy Nelson (probably get me 5-15 points)
Mason Crosby (probably get me 5-10 points)
Packers Defense (probably get me 5-15 points)

With that said, tonight I could score anywhere between 45-85 points.

So it's official. Unless Finley has an amazing game tonight, I'll have lost thanks to s*** internet

Oh well, it's not like this happened during the playoffs or I'd be really pissed. haha

Davideo7 : Yeah...I agree 100%. If the season ended today, Aaron Rogers would probably be the 2nd unanimously voted MVP. Not even Calvin Johnson or Tom Brady can really hold up against what he's done so far. They are still 2nd/3rd in no real order, but Rogers in unquestionably the MVP right now. That being said, I was pretty happy because Brady finally looked like himself again against the Jets this weekend after looking not-so-great in the previous weeks. For the sake of David vs. Myself, I really want the Super Bowl to be Packers vs. Patriots this year.

Edit: Also, the Patriots defense finally looked good.

trouble982 : That would be such an awesome Super Bowl, earlier in the year that's what I predicted but when the Patriots started looking bad, I started to question that.  If Tom Brady had been consistent all year, he'd be up there with Rodgers because he started the year insanely good.

Looks like Schaub is out for the season now, looks like my team is getting hurt now, but i'm not worried, I have Cam Newton as my QB now, let's see what he can do.

Poll time: Now that Matt Schaub is out for the season, should the Texans look into possibly getting Brett Favre?

My opinion: YES! What do you have to lose...he's going to be better than Matt Leinart.

I really hope we don't see Brett Favre this season. Forgive me, but I'm more sick of him than Tom Brady at this point. At least Tom Brady is still relevant.

Brett needs to stay away.

Anyway, as for the rankings...

Wow. I don't have ONE of the top 3 in any position. Yet I'm top 3 for the season. What does that say about my team lol.

Davideo7 :

My list of players I dislike is longer than that of which I like

Dislike-

Favre
Brady
Manning (Eli)
Phillip Rivers

Like-
Vick
Tebow
Manning (Peyton)

This is just QB's mind you, I don't know enough players off the top of my head to name other positions.

I almost forgot about Big Ben. You can add him to players I dislike. You can add the entire Steelers team to that list actually. The Steelers are one of the only teams I hate nearly as much as the Patriots (least favorite team).

Aaron Rodgers is in the middle for me. He's a great quarterback stat wise, but I don't know enough about him to say I like or dislike him.

Jesus. This was news?

Am I ever glad I'm not raising kids. I hate when little kids cry over the outcome of sporting events.

At least this week is about ready to start. I need a big win this week.
