Yeah you can make an MMO game with Flash, that requires a lot of knowledge and skills though, not something you'll be able do at a beginner level.

And even that is a pretty big challange . Online games with flash are hard because they require a server (a flash server) to connect to.

But then again, it depends how multiplayer you make your game.
