Ok so im just about to go into elite four in pokemon black
Here is my team currently
1.unfrezant lv.43
moves fly,aircutter,roost,razorwind.
2.zebstrika lv.43
moves discharge,thunderwave,flamecharge,shockwave.
3.samurott lv.43
Moves waterpulse,razorshell,watergun,aquajet.
4.victini lv.43
Moves confusion, flame burst,quickattack,flamecharge.
5.carracosta lv.43
Moves aqua jet, ancient power, surf, wide guard.
6.fraxure lv.46
Moves dragon dance, dragon pulse, false swipe,dragon claw.
Is this a good team?

crazycatpup : I am not sure by that rate I am sure you will beat the elite 2 or 3. I don't play the new generation Pokémon, I don't play new games period.

Sounds like a good team, good variety in pokemon, but what I would do is try to level them up a bit more, maybe it can be even better.

I think your Pokemon are a bit under-leveled, and there are some moves in there that I feel are really unnecessary and can be replaced by better moves. Overall, 8/10

Here's some advice:
In general, level up your team more.
for Unfezant, if you have the TM Steel Wing, replace Air Cutter with that.
For Zebstraika, having Shock wave is completely redundant. none of the E4 can lower your accuracy, and Discharge is better in every way. may I suggest Volt Switch instead?
For Samurott, its moves are all Water. not gonna work. my advice: scrap Water pulse, and especially Water Gun. replace with Slash, Arial Ace.
For Victini, It should know Searing Shot. If you get it to level 49, it will learn Zen Headbutt. Quick Attack is not needed. Replace that with a good TM that it can learn.
for Carracoasta, its special attack is bad. replace ancient power with Rock Slide, Surf with Aqua Tail. Replace Wide Guard with something like protect.
for Fraxure, make it a Haxorus at level 48. teach it Brick Break, replacing Dragon Pulse. replace  False Swipe with Slash.
