I'd like to let you all know that this site saved my sanity over the weekend.

See, I work the front desk at a hotel and had to cover a couple night shifts for someone, so I thought I'd bring my the GBA that I bought awhile ago. Problem was, all I have is Pokemon Red, which really does get kind of boring after you've already beaten the Elite Four about ten or so times (who catches them all?)

So, I thought I'd look for some used games that WEREN'T Pokemon. First thing I thought I'd look up was Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, which apparently doesn't exist anywhere close to me... nor does Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga.

The GOOD news is that my search led to me to this site... and to the perfect solution to the whole "not downloading random files on the work computer" problem (except for that one small plugin— heh).

So here I am, running on about 3 hours of sleep out of the last 48 hours, but with my sanity intact— despite the dull tedium of an event-less desk job.

Thanks for the welcome everyone, I plan to be here for awhile. Can't guarantee anything about the getting more sleep thing though (Especially today. A pot of coffee will do that to you).

I haven't played Crystal. My Pokemon experience runs as far as Gold (and Yellow, my first Gameboy game). Of course, I did log MANY hours playing those.

I tried playing Emerald on here briefly (holding space most of the time to run through it quickly). I must say, the world of Pokemon isn't like it used to be.

Actually the computer would be my "favorite" console— mostly for the large number of free games.

But other than that it'd have to be the SNES. It has a huge library of amazing games.

I was playing the above-mentioned games earlier (FF Tactics and Mario & Luigi). I wouldn't be surprised if I play some Zelda game next (or Mario Party).

And I would like to play Suikoden, but I see there aren't any Playstation games here

Cool! NES is probably my least favorite. My favorite consoles are N64, Playstation 2 and 3 and Sega Genesis.

I like to mix things up and not stick to one particular game/console. Makes it more fun!

Usually I play Pokemon Stadium 1 and 2 or a game for Sega.....but since finding and becoming addicted to Pokemon Crystal a week ago, I haven't stopped playing.

Ah, good to see that yet another person is playing Vizzed at work. Not me, personally, but I know a few other users that sneak here during work.

How do you not get caught? Especially being the front desk for a hotel, you'd think that you'd constantly be checked up on.

I've never owned any Next Gen consoles (and I include the first XBox here!), but they definitely do have an appeal.I don't blame you about Crystal-- playing Gold consumed me Someone70 :Oh it's perfectly sanctioned by the management. They'd think I was kinda strange if I WASN'T keeping myself occupied. Plus at night I'm the only one there, so it's not like they could monitor me anyway (It's a pretty sweet job, btw.
