My favorite athlete would have to be Jon Lester of the Boston Red Sox. He has such an inspiring story about going through cancer and still making a return to the big leagues and since he has returned has been one of the best pitchers in the game of baseball and has been a winning pitcher in the clinching game of the world series. He is a great person to look up to.

you get all these athletes eating healthy, living healthy and breathing healthy and then you get Usain Bolt breaking the world record without even getting sucked into all of that. I quote this is what he said on the news after they asked him how he prepared for the race:
