I can't wait. I traded in 30 games, and a broken DS lite to go to Game Stop, and I got 193 dollars to spend. With that, I got a BRAND NEW DS lite (black, the broken one was white), Castlevania Dawn Of Sorrow, A DS lite Charger grip, and Summon Night: Swordcraft Story 2. I also have 13$ left after that, and I reserved Pokemon Diamond (an extra 5$ taken off the price) so 35-18= I only have to bring 18$ with me (tax, people, tax).

I can't wait to fight people from Japan and trade with people all over the world!
(Not to mention, there are 100+ new Pokemon to catch!!!!!)

Nah cheating on your games can be rather fun when you want to mess around.
But I have to agree that anyone cheating in multiplayer is a loser!

I agree, cheating in multiplayer is a crime that should be punishable by death. But cheating/glitching in single player is all ok.

DS has got pretty good multiplayer-ability, like, here in Aus were getting flooded with donkeykong DS adds.

all the poke'battling one needs, of course it takes out and fun of raising them, but u can raise them perfectly and with breedable moves and within seconds with this

Cheating on Pokemon is the lowest of the low, actually, cheating on ANY RPG just to beat it faster totally ruins the experience. Besides, Action Replay won't be making Diamond and Pearl cheats any time soon, that would screw up the Wi-Fi play.

you don't seems to know how action replay works. uhum action replay and game sharks is a device for changing and altering game data midgame in other words you can do practically anything with it. and by the way theres only a matter of time before they work on the enxt gen and they also work for practiaclly everysystem ever made.

Cheating should only be reserved for once you finished the game. Just like in games where you have to unlock the bonuses. Black, and path of neo were both good for this.

Snes9x got some sort of game shark thing built in to it, but i've never been able to get it to work.

I agree, cheating should only be ok when you've already finished the game.

Also, I do plan on getting Pokemon as well. I spent over 100 hours on pokemon blue, over 100 on gold but i missed out on the one for game boy advance because at that point i was really hating pokemon. But now, I'm kinda interested in playing a pokemon game again so I think the one for the ds i'll be spending some time with.

Yay! It's coming out TOMORROW! I'm gonna spend at least 100 hours on it playing constantly, it looks so much fun!

I'll probably get Diamond eventually.

I was able to get it 2 days before it came out

Anyway, the game is good so far.

3 things I don't like:
-I wish they would've enhanced the graphics, made the pokemon 3D like in the gamecube games or n64
-I wish the pokemon had the actual voices from the cartoons rather than little sounds
-Walking around; still uses that old RPG style of walking around where when you press up, you walk up to the nearest tile (which also means there's no walking diagnally)

I suppose I'm just asking for to much, but there's a lot I do like about the game. The 2 on 2 battles are really fun, don't know if they had that in the gba version since I never played it. Playing over WiFi couldn't be any easier. I didn't play over the internet but I played locally against my gf and there are a lot of rules you can set.

The main character is still a sociopath but that's not a big deal, you can talk for him. The game takes good advantage of the dual screens and so there's more room during battles to be able to pick your actions, see what they do and still watch the battle on it's own screen.

I have a lot to more to say about this game but to sum it up: even though this game is very similar to all the previous pokemon games, it's got enough new features, and enough new pokemon (and of course entire new story line) to keep it fun and worth playing.

Also, anyone wanting to exchange friend codes, let me know. OH! You can also do voice chat when your playing online with someone else

But yeah lbock, give me your friend code as soon as you get one and we can battle. I'm sure you'll have 40 hours into the game in no time, so therefore you'll have way better pokemon so we'll have to put restrictions on the battle to make it more fair. The 4 way battle (4 people battle against eachother in a 4 way) sounds pretty fun, if any others on vizzed get the game we'll have to do that.
