Is there anyone in your life who you can honestly say that you can trust with anything? If yes, is there a reason for your complete trust in him/her?


I have a friend who I consider to be my best friend. I have a few other friends, but I don't trust them as much. I've known the other friends for years. I've known this friend for a few months, but I already trust him more than any of them. I have a few things that I refuse to tell other people simply because I don't want to.

For some reason or another, I'm considering sharing some of these things with my friend who I've known for a few months. I can't fully explain why I trust him after such a short time, but I'm one rather large step away from being able to say that I can trust him completely with anything and everything and that I trust him more than anyone I do know or have ever known.

For what it's worth, if someone came to me 6 months ago and told me I would trust someone up to this level, I would call bs (abbreviated so I don't get in trouble). It usually takes years for me to trust someone even a little, so I haven't been able to pinpoint why I trust him so much.

Probably my mother and my brother brad and my 2 sisters. I'v told them things before and it just stays in there mind and does not turn into something everyone knows. They have all really been there for me in the rough times and even the greatest times of my life.

6 months ago I would have agreed with you completely. I've found now that it's a huge relief to have someone you can rely on for anything. It's just a great feeling.

I'm baffled that people are so guarded and protective of their feelings and thoughts. I have about two dozen people I completely and totally share everything with. I trust them with everything and anything. It makes me happy because I know there are many people who love and appreciate me.

I couldn't go through life without trying to trust people. it seems so counteractive to humans. We're a social bunch and when one walls themself away from society and others and doesn't trust anyone, they do so much damage to themselves.

I have a coworker who is like this. He doesn't join in groups, have a ton of a friends, or trust anyone at all. He lives his life, he'll end up dying, and no one will really care. That's terrible.

I put myself out there. I love life and I love people.

Someone please tell me, what's THE WORST THING THAT CAN HAPPEN? Someone hurts your feelings. Okay, that sucks. They're bad people. Forget them and move on.

How bad can any of this be? I've had my heart broken and I've kept going.

I trust my best friend with everything. I can't think of one thing that I haven't or wouldn't told him and completely trust him with.

Yes, my Mom. I trust her 100%. I can tell her anything and I know she will keep it between her and I. Plus she never gets angry at me for anything I tell her.

I'm not afraid to tell people things (usually). Just ask. However, it's hard for me to say that I completely trust a person. I trust members of my family as well as my best friends a lot, but 100% is a lot to ask for. I don't even trust myself that much. People are human and make mistakes or are just not prepared for some things. I'll say I trust my Ma, Grandma, and three of my bests friends around 99%.

The only person that I really trust is my mother. She has been by my side through very difficult times in my life. I trust one of my real life friends a lot, because he is like a big brother to me and he is always by my side, but I haven't trusted him with all my personal secrets yet.

The only 3 people that I can confide in now matter the situation or subject are my Mom, my Uncle and a friend who I've known for years at school but only became really good friends with over the last 3 years.
I can honestly say I could entrust my life in their hands if needs be.

I Trust many people, yet I will never put so much trust into one person. I will "split it evenly". I had someone I trusted the absolute most, and then he betrayed me! (I hate that gizoid). So, I just trust some a little bit. I'm working on reaching to trust others way more, but I get skid-dish.

Real friends are hard to come by now a day. If you got those kinds of friends. They are keepers. You don't want to lose them since most people likes stabbing you in the back. Oh I been down that road plenty of times.

I don't have any of them, maybe but one and I completely trust her. It got to the point where I could tell her my personally feelings and about me and I don't have to feel that she will tell any of her friends about what I've had said. I trust her. I have told her my secrets and she told me hers and I know that's her secret by the way she was talking about it. She's a keeper.

Yes, I would trust my best friends and my family. I have no intention of not trusting them.
