I just wanted peoples thoughts on this subject. I love this game. others may not give an opinion. there are no stupid statements.

no doubt man i've been a huge fan of Fire Emblem for years now
the series has always been refreshing and challenging

im with you on that im just hoping they make another one fast cause i just beat the newest one

I've never played that game before, I'll be sure to try it out. Is it a tactics game, if so then I kinda like some tactics games, as long as it doesn't go too crazy about random battles and stuff.

nahh most of the time you can choose how you wanna battle the enemy by counter attack or head on. it is a tactic game also but very good one for gameboy advance.

I like it quite a bit but i suck at strategy games still fun as heck though

Lol that game I beat in like a day it was fun but super easy! Try Shining Soul II for GBA thats addicting and really fun!

i beat it a couple times. its just hard to go the whole thing without losing a person. ar least for me.

I've only beaten this game once. I didn't train Eirika enough the second time, so when I went with Ephraim, then reached the reunion chapter I couldn't keep her alive long enough to get the main party close enough to protect her. It was kind of depressing to fail so badly halfway through the game. I still love it though.

It's a rather unique strategy game. You command almost everything that your team does, but the fights are purely based on stats. You can't control them during battle animation. The fun part is that you have to be very strategic in a lot of the battles to keep them alive. If they die, they never come back.

Love the game... had it crash while i was beefing up at chapter 20 though. Kinda disheartening. Gonna try the one before this one next. Wish i understood Japanese so i could play the others haha

I've beaten this one a few times, without any deaths. xD Although, technically I did have deaths, I just restarted the chapter when I did. Frustrating. lol
I think Sacred stones is one of the easier(maybe even the easiest) of the Fire Emblem games, and I've played quite a few of them. (from FE6 to FE 10)
Personally, I don't like spamming arenas/bosses, since it gets rather tedious, but the ability to play extra maps and to travel the world map makes leveling too easy.

What's more, the final boss can be defeated without even the usage of the legendary weapons, so yes, I think it is ridiculously easy. xD


It's Floor 10 of the Lagdou Ruins that poses more of a challenge, I think. Congrats to anyone who beat that floor, without much grinding. lol

Anyways, of the GBA games, however, I must say that I liked Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken better(I like using that title better than just Fire Emblem. Seriously, why remove the name in the localization?). But Path of Radiance beats them all. xD
But Sacred Stones is still a great game to play, so for those who haven't played it, I suggest you give it a try.

I have played this one but it is hard as balls for me. I could not beat it but I did try my best. The game is just hard though addictive and I know that many consider it the best in the series. I could not say weather that is true or not because I have not played all the other games.

Well, if things get too difficult you can always over level your characters in the arenas and 'sidequests', and if that doesn't work you can go 'fishing' - which is drawing out an enemy at a time by leaving your tankiest (very high def/res depending on enemy unit, or with high dodge) unit just outside the range of one enemy unit, drawing them out.
Either way, when you start playing, pick a small team to stick with all the way into the end, and don't let them die, because losing one trained unit is a major blow. (you may as well restart the chapter if you lose someone.) Don't neglect to train the lords, either, especially here; if you plan on taking Ephraim's route, make sure to train Eirika quite a bit in the beginning levels.

Thrycia : I guess that may be true. I just for some reason can not get into this one. I have to say that it is a really good game of it's type but I do like some other games better in the strategy series. I am more of a real time man myself. Though thanks for the helpful tips! I may try them out!

This game is fun! I beat it once losing  whole lot of units on the way. So I tried again and I'm on chapter 20! And nobody died! I recommend this for people looking for a fun game.

This game is very addicting with the level ups and such.The game can be annoying like accidentally putting your Archer in a Knights range.But I recommend this game to anyone so 10 for addictiveness.

Without a doubt this game is definitely one of the most fun games I have ever played. I would spend hours simply trying to level everyone up to their highest ranks. When it comes to an overall ranking of the game, I just have to give it a 10.
