To obtain hm dive, you travel to the city below mt. Pyre, after beating the task there. You continue to the left woods portal and make your way to the cabin (far left). Inside you will find ash and he will give you hm dive. You then go back to the town and beat
the gym so you can use hm dive. If you don't know where mt.pyre is, it is in the area where the safari zone is. Head south from the safari zone and you will find the town I'm s
peaking of. Good luck.

iJustPlayPokemon : Go to Tabuli Town (don't know where it is? Just go to Mt. Pyre (DON'T go inside) and keep heading south and going through the warps and stuff) and battle the gym. Then head west outside the gym (you can heal your PKMN first, if you like) and go down. Keep going down until you come onto a path with intense sunlight and go west until you come to a house.
Go inside and talk to one of the stone displays, and Ash should come inside and give you dive.

and sorry i don't how to get waterfall
