Hi I been searching the forums and I found a few similar but I'm still confused and can't figure out how to fix my problem. This pops up when I go to play a game


#1: Cannot open file C:Documents and settingsuserLocal Settings
Application DataVizzedRgrRoms(game name).zip

#2: Unsupported file type

#3: FileRun() failed

I'm using windows 7 premium and Mozilla firefox. I followed some steps in other posts but it hasn't worked. Help would be appreciated. Thnx

There's a solution to this problem, which can be found in a stickied thread on the RGR forum front page. For ease of use, I'll give you the link to it here.

That's to find the files on windows XP and possibly vista, I'm not sure where they are on Windows 7 but if that doesn't take you to the right files it should be close, and if you really can't find it do a search in your documents and settings folder for vizzedrgr.

Yeah I already saw that and I tried it and reached a dead end. When I get to Appdata/Local then go to Rgr folder is comes up empty. Nothings in the folder. I have everything downloaded that I need downloaded. Any thoughts?
