I'm not obsessive over weight and I don't diet or try to lose weight very much, but a while ago I started eating much healthier. I have lost 20 pounds since about last year and I feel a lot better in general. I want to start running (as soon as it stops freezing rain and wind here) and yoga soon so I can trim up even more.
