Im going to agree with jazex.... Nudity can be humorus... And nudity doesnt actually mean sex now does it. What if its a cop game. According to sterotypes and based of almost every cop movie, you would have to enter a strip club. Now what would be the point if there were no strippers... or if they were all FULLY clothed...?

Exactly. They can put a warning. This game contains brief animated nudity blah blah blah. Just like they warn for animate violence ect.

First game I've ever seen have nudity was Duke Nukem for Sega saturn around 1996. The pixels were quite bad so you couldn't pick out anything anyway. I dont think the sony version allowed nudity, only teh sega version had it.

Other games I've seen have nudity were
Dead Or Alive for Dreamcast (hidden intro)
Parasite Eve

And that's all I can think of.

actually... that is one of the games affected by the video game nudity restrictions... but... i wouldn't of liked it... because it wasn't really part of the story (gee sleeping with 1 of cj nemerous gf's is such a key part of the story)
