Due to security issues, Javascript use (and other tags) have been disabled from profiles. The reason for this is because a hacker could easily put stuff on their bio which could retrieve valuable information such as your user account password. Users could also mess up the page by either crashing the internet browser or making the page unavailable.

I'm actually surprised you allowed it at all. Cross-site scripting tactics take advantage of HUGE vulnerabilities in JavaScript.

Problem is you can make a good cross-site script intrusion in plain HTML

This is quite a good change as well. Although it may have downfalls with users who have used javascript for things in their profile, it keeps Vizzed a lot more safe. Good thing this has been seen or otherwise I don't know what would have happened if someone were to figure out the passwords of staff members and use it for doing what they want, especially if it is to crash/hack the site

I guess the best can come out of users that have done the worst

Bah, oh well, just means spending less time on site.

My internet here slows down way too much when I have more than one or two tabs open, and one is always reserved for Facebook, and usually another for here. But now that I can't listen to my music on site, I'm gonna be spending a lot more time on playlist. oh well.

I get why it had to be done, but still, that sucks.

It's not a huge inconveince for me though, I still clock plenty of hours here, so it's not like I'm completely giving you the finger for removing it haha.

You can still hack profiles with CSS techniques, if you want to block that from happening let me know I got some suggestions.

In fact, since people started a trend of making layouts for their profile we could make a layout editor for it That could be a new feature I could work on.
