I used to be fine around needles, even getting needles in my mouth at the dentist. I wonder what happened, because I gradually got more and more afraid of them the more needles I got. Now I can't stand them at all.

I am afraid of them, to the point of shaking uncontrollably and sometimes having a full-on anxiety attack. I can't even look at the needle before they put it in, just seeing one makes my fear worse. It's embarrassing because I shake and cry in public. Even if I don't feel very afraid, my body seems to reject the idea of getting a needle so strongly. No matter what I try to put my mindset to, it happens. All types of needles... IVs, blood tests, and vaccinations.

I'm not afraid of any needle. I got a tattoo not that long ago and the needle didn't scare me at all. In fact, the tattoo didn't hurt all that bad either.

I use to be a diabetic so I'm use to needles and injecting insulin...it's a painless pinch. I don't think about it when injecting.

I've overcome diabetes so now I haven't needed insulin injections for years.

Needles are my weakness they scare the absolute living balls out of me. A few months ago I went to get one of my three HPV shots it was one of my first shots since I was 6 or 7 and the nurse had to get her, my docter, my mom, and some other dude to hold me down I cried all the way home.
