I think because some people do it because they have a boring life or there jealous of some people and want to ruin there life. I dont know thats just an opinion.

I think it depends on how one is raised. Whether it be in a positive or negative environment.

I have gossiped about others, not out of jealousy, or a boring life...reasons for it I don't know. Once I've learned treat others how you want to be treated, I reduced my gossiping.
