Well maybe if Giga Bowser didn't turn into a mindless moron when he transformed he might have a chance. But when Bowser becomes Giga he loses all of his brains. Ganon still maintains his intelligence. So he'd be able to strategize while Bowser is just mindlessly swinging and breathing fire.
