Probably the Forest Temple. IT had such a weird feeling to it that I really like, and I thought Phantom Ganon was fairly cool as a boss.

I like both the Forest Temple and the Spirit Temple . I like
the Forest Temple's creepy-ness and the music that plays , 
I love it ! The Spirit Temple's music is also something I like
hearing when I go through the temple and I just love the
treasure's ( Mirror Shield and the Silver Gauntlet's ) that come
with it and the puzzles . Oh ! I love facing that Ax Knight , epic-ness !!

I liked the Shadow temple because of the very well put theme, and the difficulty 
 
But I also like the Spirit temple because of the Music and the theme as well

I lover the Water Temple!... no, just kidding.

My favorite was the Shadow Temple. it was so eerie and well-designed, and the fight with the Stalfos on the boat and the fight with Bongo Bongo were awesome!
