Naruto is more for little kids at this point. I used to love it, but then I got older and it is just BLAH. I seriously think the characters need to be castrated.

Inuyasha is slightly more mature. And as a result is more my kind of anime. If you want something a little more in the middle, you'd have to look torwards say a Death Note or Code Geass. Both of which are better than these two animes.

I really liked both when when they started out. As they have gone on i stayed with naruto and got tired of inuyasha. I like early inuyasha but i like naruto in general... so naruto is better in my opinion.
