Twenty to twenty five is about my upper limit if I get to go at my own pace, but if you have to do it to those CD's where it is like "Down... ... ... Up, 1, Down ... ... ... Up 2" I can do about 10.

To be honest i never really tried that out for real..
2 years ago and did a little exercise for myself:

20 sit ups
20 push ups
150x 3 kilo (biceps)(Dutch calculation of weight. I'm bad at the English translation)
150x 3 kilo shoulder muscle ( lifted my arm above my head to my back)
then again 20 sit ups
20 push ups
100x 3kilo biceps
100x 3kilo triceps
10  star jump
10 power jumps
20 power sits
as last i tried punch the air for 100 times in different routines  right left right left. Left left right left righ right left. Till i  got the 100
i also did a lot of stretching and kick practice.
after 3 months of doing it i lose control of it and didn't do it anymore..
i don't think i should do this training program again before sleeping like then lol.. I had school back then and that was nothing.
i do exercises during my work now lifting a lot of heavy stuff and clearing gardens and parks. It can be really heavy to work 7 hours outside cutting trees, cleaning gardens that ain't used any,more, lifting sand from different spots..
i must say i did like the exercise back then. But i don't think i would do it anymore.. Or else i should build it on slowly before re doing it.. And i would choose a different time instead of before sleeping lol

Okay I recorded three separate trials over 3 hours
1st try: 55 push ups
2nd try: 51 push ups
3rd try: 66 push ups

I am not that physically strong but I am not that heavy either, I am 15 and I weigh about 125 or so, so it is easy to support my weight. I do this a lot just because I think it is a good workout, I am by no means physically strong, or hulkishly athletic or anything (no offence to any one who is very strong) I am a fast runner, and that is about it for athletic abilities, and maybe soccer, maybe. I cant do over 70 at one time though, just too much

I can normally go up to about 20 or 30, but if I really push myself, I can get up to about 50. That is also at my own pace, so I wouldn't get that much if I had to do it really quickly.

This is a good topic because we just did physical fitness testing in my school and here are some of the things we had to do.

Pacer (just running back and forth in the gym repeatedly going faster as long as you can) : 101 It was hard after that but I got the highest in the class, which the next highest was only like in the 70s but I wasn't tired by then.


Sit ups: 80, that's when it stopped and that is the most they would let you do, wasn't extremely difficult.


Push ups: 45, yeah I could have done more, but I decided to stop there because after running 101 on the pacer my arms and legs were tired and I couldn't do anymore after that.


Mile: 5:38 That is my fastest mile but the last one I did in gym was 6:14, I didn't want to over exert myself and I was already far ahead of everyone else.
