Psychic Kirby. Definitely. The enemy you eat and the helper created is a floating crystal ball with eyes, glove hands, and a purple pillow under it. He can hypnotize enemies to either fall asleep for 5 seconds, or to attack others. He could also use his power to create psy power into different shapes for different kinds of attacks. He would turn a white color, and have a tiara almost with eyes floating out of his head.

Time Stop Kirby. It would be one of those abilities that can only be used 3 times before he loses it. When he uses it, time stops for 5 seconds except for Kirby. He can make a quick escape or get into position for an attack.

Your Judo sounds very much like the Suplex Kirby that you can get on Kirby's Adventure. He sucks up enemies, but instead of swallowing them, you can perform various martial arts slams.
