I know it's not on the list,but my favorite of all classic cartoons(I consider it classic) has to be Dragonball.Those cartoons were amazing and really hope that they continue the series in the future.maybe the next series can be about Goku Jr. and his adventures.

1990's cartoons were the greatest things ever. My favorites were Thundercats (which I don't think was the 90s but still loved it), Pinky and the Brain, Animaniacs, Space Ghost, X-Men, and Pokemon. Among your list, I think Pokemon was the best, because I mean who wasn't into Pokemon in the 1990s.
