I personally disagree on your idea.

The way you say it makes it sound like we can just take a poll on an idea and just get it ratified. This, of course, is a bad idea for several reasons, but instead of making a gargantuan post detailing each portion of my rational, I'm just going to give you the main bullet point in my brain. EVEN HIVE MINDS HAVE BAD IDEAS!

Let's say everyone decides that they want free retro games so they don't have to pay Viz for it. While this would be nice, almost no one would visit the forums anymore, thus moving the site from a gaming chat site to a just plain game site (which I have a feeling is what is far from what the site creator intended).

Also, when you think about it, there just aren't too many things we can do to improve on the site. We have good games at reasonable (fake online) prices, and we have "interesting" people to talk to. The only advantage I could see of making new rules for Vizzed from majority rule would be if the site owner went insane and started charging 100,000V to play a game.

I would say a good new law would to getting rid of Hollywood. Well mostly just the teen stars in Hollywood, they give adults bad ideas about teens. I just dislike Justin Beaver and all those other krazy kids.

The idea seems like a good one, but the board has it's rules already. Anything added would have to be based on either a new addition to the forums or of one or enough members really screws something up. The forum rules now hold this place together. And really, 'flaming' and 'spamming' are the only things that staff seems to deal with around here on a daily basis. Maybe I don't see something the way you do, but I don't see anything we could make a law for.
