We could possibly try to involve the rest of the board with events that cover the entirety of the board, open to all, to get more people interested in applying to the swagger club, then as a bigger community we could have teams of who do what, just like a company's research and development teams we would have people who come up with murder mysteries (honestly first thing that popped into my head) a daily event with a minor Viz prize.

I agree that instead of just proclaiming to the land that we are full of swagger, we should get out in the land of V and help people in some way shape or form, because the ladder option is not very swaggery, thus making you a liar.

We should come up with an elaborate idea for a thread that will allow people to pass on their problems to us, that we we can help them in whatever ways we are capable as a community.
