I used to run for my school school, I don't think I was anything special, but I had a good endurance for long distance compared to the sprinters who literally ran out of puff, and then probably went and had one.

Well when im on a treadmill at 12.6 thats just a jog for me so i have no clue what my max speed but ive done 5 miles in exactlly 19.5 minutes so i just put 20-30 minutes

Ok well ive never looked at Records just posting what ive done my greatest quality is my speed but that was over a year ago now i could not do that since ive been smoking alot... so you got me on a half B.S. You run alot when you sneak out.. and i know someone that can beat that record easily he runs faster than anything i have ever seen... i was guesstimating on the time also i know it was no more that 25 minutes.

OK, I stink at running long distances but if I had to say how fast I was for 5 miles I'd say 40-50 minutes. I run one mile in 6-8 minutes but I get super tired really really fast and then I become a snail. Never mind, I'd run 5 miles in more than 50 minutes. I have no stamina whatsoever.

So back in the U.S. if I were to run 5 miles I probably could do it that fast simply because my body would be very efficient at processing a large amount of oxygen. But that's the only reason. Here, I could do it in 33 minutes, based on my run time for the two mile run in the PT test.
