My first console was NES, and then went with SNES, I liked the RPG's. When N64 came out I was expecting the same kind of games, like Final Fantasy and such. I was disappointed by the games coming out coz there was no Final Fantasy and no Tomb Raider but PS1 got them. So when Castlevania came out for N64 it was the next best thing to Tomb Raider. Since then I've played the PS2 games but they don't have the climbing and jumping of the N64 games, pity. I would have like to have seen a game with a heroine as lead character, the one they had planned got canceled and Carrie in the N64 games were a bit young, they should have made her much older than they had. One thing I liked about N64 Castlevania games was that the characters where more normal proportioned, not too keen about games with the hero or heroine as kiddywinks.
