So I've noticed lately that I have quite a few genetic defects. For example:
-I have a hitchhiker thumb.
-My 2nd toe is longer than my big toe.
-My tongue can do weird tricks.

Haha. Sounds gross, right? But, in the end, these ARE genetic.
So tell me, what are some of YOUR weird genetic defects?

I am barrel chested
I have a verrrry small growth on my pinky. It's not a wart dang nabbit.
I am flat footed (not really a defect but...)
I have an overjet and an overbite

I don't know of any others.

I can make fart sounds with my neck, I have irregularly stretchy cheeks (face cheeks, keep your mind out of the gutter lol), and the other weird stuff is mostly a result of my environment and stuff.

NotJon : I can't make fart sounds with my neck either. I don't think I know anyone who can. xD LOL

i dont know if it's a genetic thing or not but my abs aren't really aligned. the way they line up is in an offset pattern.

I can do perfect impressions of people. I don't know if that's genetic, but my voice is weird like that. I can even do impressions of men.

I am double jointed and I can bend all of my fingers on my left hand so that they touch the back of my hand.
I can touch my back with my Head
I was born with 2 teeth
and two extra ribs!
I have elhos Danlos syndrom and I can pull my skin inches away from my body.

I have lots of random stuff like that because my mom drank alot during pregnancy.

Fun Times.

Well,

I can stick my thumb behind my knuckle.
I have a small growth on my foot. (Not Athletes Foot or wart)
I can have my tongue stick onto the back of my tongue, and have it stay there for 10 seconds.

Im not sure if my defects are unique or not but what I do know that they are pretty weird. I can pull my thumb all the way back so it toaches the back of my hand, I can sort of dislocate my shoulder, and the weirdest defect I have found on myself is that I canmake a bone pop out from the side of my knee.I guess you can call that unique.

A lot of what you guys posted seem more like abilities than "defects". I'll give examples of what Sophie means by a defect, or rather, "abnormality" about your physical being (hackerman is a great example, too):

- My right ear is slightly higher than my left ear. You can tell because when I wear sunglasses you can clearly see that they are slightly titled on my face.

- Most, if not all people have only one crease on the bottom of the joints of their finger tips. My right index finger has two creases, that when lined up with my left finger are of equal distance apart from the one crease of that finger.

- The joints of my second and middle toes are webbed up to the second joint.

- ...and I have reason to believe this is why my second toes are so far apart from my big toes.

- My head has a slight left tilt to it, that I'm not too fond of, which may have been caused by the way one of my large neck tendons is situated.

- Everyone has a vein than runs down the middle of their forehead. You can't see it on most people, but with me it is clearly seen whenever I workout or simply lay down. I guess a lot of blood goes through it during those times. In fact, you can even see the "valley" or dent in my skull it runs along when it is "retracted".

Well,

my fingers are freakishly long and thin,
my right ear is larger than my left,
and my right foot is bigger than my left.

hl54322 : LOL. Those aren't genetic silly. We all have that here in NJ as a result of toxic waste in the drinking water. ONE OF US ONE OF US.

NotJon : Yup, I've also drank some of that water. I think there's arsenic in there. I feel wooooooozy.

Anyway, onto genetic defects/abilities:
-Like chaos I can do really good impressions of people (my friends say I do a wondrous impression of Fran Drescher) [I'm dead serious on this]
-I think I have an extra veins in my eyes or something, because I can make them roll back a little kind of like when you're seizing or like in The Exorcist, I can only do it for like 3 seconds though.

That's all I can think of right now.

I practically have finger toes. My feet without the toes are a little large, but the toes are the reason I wear size 14 mens. They are freakishly long and ate a huge portion of my feet. My little toe is just shy of 2 inches long. I have no problem picking most things up with my toes. Though I can't write, I can hold a pencil correctly with my toes. If my big toes were opposable....
