I personally think that Waluigi is better over Wario. He is more of the mastermind in trickery, and can, obviously, run faster than Wario.

Eazy_187um_KiLLa : Mario Kart? Exactly what? I know that he can bump into others, and get them off course, but Waluigi is, again, much faster than he is. Good speed, and acceleration. I meant in Mario Kart 64. I honestly don't like either of these characters that much but between these choices I pick Wario because at least Wario stars in his own games and Waluigi doesn't his own game yet. I don't go for Stats I go for looks and If someone looks cool then they are cool with me

I picked Wario because he has his 2 series of fairly successful games warioware and wario land. Besides at least wario has some sort of origin because in mario land 2 he was mario's bitter rival, while waluigi on the other hand debuted in mario tennis just because nintendo needed an extra character and a sidekick for wario.

Waluigi takes this one by storm. True Wario is way stronger than Waluigi, but in order for wario to do any damage he's have to catch Waluigi. Wario is so fat and slow that would never happen. Waluigi would run around and wittle Wario's strength down slowly and eventually win.
