Well after days of complications, Vizzed Board is back for good!

Well we had some complications with the current server so instead of fixing it, I decided to transfer to a new server. Well the new server had some complications and so I decided to revert back to this server. I've decided that instead of migrating to a new server in the future, I'll just get a 2nd server and place the database on the 2nd server. I can't possibly describe how many difficulties I went through but I've invested about 50+ hours on these problems over the past few days.

Anyways, Vizzed is back for good and nothing was lost. You can go back to posting and playing games like usual.

As a bonus to make up for the 3 days worth of down time, RGR Games will be free, 0 Viz, for the rest of summer vacation, aka until September 1st (even if it'll cost me a ton of extra money, I feel I owe it to you guys).

Davideo7 : must've had a tough time, huh? id be furious too, if i were in a situation like that.

You don't need to do it for the rest of the summer! Just do it for about 2 weeks, or a month. That way, everyone is still happy, and you still get to keep a bit of money.

Davideo7 I thank you sssooo much for all your hard work you do for this website! Plus the fact that you made the games free for the whole summer is too much; I agree with Davideo7 just make it free for like 2 weeks. After all you worked very hard to make this site the best for us. So thank you again for everything!

And just to tell you again... the board is running so much better than it was. For me at least... but I imagine it's working better for everyone else. Sucks that it took so long to get things sorted out.... but at least it is sorted out and things are back to normal.

Davideo7 : Yea this really sucked not only did it effect Vizzed but the 2 actually 3 other sites connected to it Glad its back up and you know who to go to if you need assistance

Crono : That would be a good slogan but I don't want people to get the impression that the RGR games cost money.


JigSaw : Yeah and it's comforting to know that if I'm away from the site that you're probably at least online in case something happens. Even if you're not on the site, the Vizzed staff can usually contact you and you can go in and fix something if I'm not around.

It sucks that you had to go through all that migration disaster and further patching, but I'm glad it's back and hopefully it's all resolved. Cheers to the 0-Viz for summer!

Well it looks like traffic has completely gone back to normal which is a huge relief. I feared that it might take a while to get back up to where it was but it seems to be pretty much where it was again.

hey i want to say a couple of things fisrt thnks for getting the site back up and running and a big thnks for having this site up period with all these games this site is the best game site.... free games for the summer awsem but its not needed especially if its takin ur money but if thats what u want to do so be it iam sure we'll all apperciate that very much... i love this site, i my self really apperciate it....
