I don't read that often, which is something I should get around to doing, but otherwise I read randomly, mornings, afternoons, or right before bed. I usually fall asleep and cannot like some others say try to finish a lot of the book. to answer ur Q. I do.

I often read before I go to bed. Sometimes, it is the only way I can fall asleep. Not that reading is boring to me, but it works your eye muscles and does make it easier to sleep.

Sometimes I do, but not normally. I only really read before bed when I know I'm going to have trouble falling asleep. Reading tends to tire me out if I'm lying down while I'm doing it.
