The DS is probably the easiest system to use and play...

I've never not beaten a DS game. The only one that gave me difficulty was The World Ends With You, and I was playing that on an emulator... for a game that needs a touch screen, it's harder to play on a laptop.

I agree with you that some of the nintendo DS's features can be difficult to use, but I've found this to not really make a significant difference in the systems games. The main reason for this is that in my opinion, most of the DS's games are just so easy to start, that a difficult control scheme will not make these easy games difficult to play. Personally I think that the touch screen was kind of an annoying addition (especially since mine was never calibrated correctly) and the gimmick actually prevented me from playing some good games. But even so, it wasn't actually too bad if yours worked correctly.

Some of the DS features can be annoying, it's true, but I think that when done right, games can sometimes coordinate the controls to make it seem better than other games. Take LOZ Spirit Tracks, for example. Sure, the whole flute thing was annoying to do, but it was fairly easy control-wise. You just had to take a sec to get used to it. I think that the DS itself is okay, it's just that a lot of games for it really suck.

At first, when I saw DS, I thought you meant Double Spoiler. (that game is hard) The "difficulty" of the DS really depends which game it's made for. Super Mario 64 DS was made harder because of the lack of an analog stick, and using the touch screen to move wasn't a big improvement either. In a game like WarioWare Touched, though, using the DS's touch screen was a great innovation. The mic I do have trouble with sometimes, but usually it's just if you're blowing into it or not.

The Nintendo DS isn't to hard  most of the games I had on it would be easy except for some of the Pokemon games because its really annoying to get past some of the gym leaders but the rest of the other DS games are to easy.

The DS is easy most of the time, not much of a challenge to play while using the stylus, but some games are a challenge to play with.

I've never found it difficult. I mean, sometimes the games themselves can be a little challenging, but control-wise, I find it pretty simple. So no, I don't think that it's too hard.

The NDS can be difficult once and a while, because the stylus and games are so small, you always lose them, and the games are hard to play on the go, because of the need for a stylus in most games.

My answer is sometimes. The DS itself: Mostly because when your hand is really sweaty, the DS can slip off your hands, especially in most cases.
And the styluses are way too big and too small. Maybe if we can get some custom styluses that differ from size and length, we can't play frustratingly. The games are actually easy.
But in most times, the DS is just easy.

It's not too hard. It's just moderate. My hands sweat, the stylus easily gets lost, those r bad things. But the good things r it brings out a new form of gameplay and it's double-screened. Why do u think they call they call it the DS?

It really depends on the game but most of the time it's really easy to control a NDS game. Super Mario 64 DS Was the only one that felt uncomfortable to me, and even then I just used the D-Pad instead of the touch screen. With Nintendo DS, there's always an alternative around 90% of the time

I don't really mind the stylus idea for some games...but for games like Zelda where you need to use the Stylus to fight I get irritated. Maybe they should allow you to choose which way you want to control. That would be a great idea.

I never really got into the DS. I am to busy using other systems. When I'm on the go I use the  DS, and it is difficult to use sometimes because of the stylus. I have to hold the stylus while playing the game and it gets very uncomfortable. I prefer games that don't take full use of the stylus.

In my opinion I don't think the DS is hard at all , it is rather
fun to play because of the stylist. Without that I think the games would
be less fun. The DS is an creative idea for Nintendo to come up with.
