Rasenganfan2 : No, not really, at this point in time. I don't really think there is an excuse for not working out, because
it's up to your motivation, not how much time you have. So I need to get
motivated to do more exercise.

I do believe that people should exercise if their job or major hobbies are not physically intensive, if they want to be fit. Otherwise you can't be at your best health.

My end goal is not to be ripped, or skinny. I just want to be physically fit - flexible, have some endurance and strength, and feel healthy. So I'm not really in to weight training or working my muscles very much, because I don't want that much muscular definition. My personal routine would probably include mostly running, yoga, and swimming laps. Maybe stuff like pushups once in a while.

Anyways. My tip for you: A good way to warm up before doing weights, and also a good way to burn fat, is to jog. Maybe alternate speed walking and jogging if it makes you very tired too soon. If you do cardio, you will burn overall fat. Think of it this way: There's no point in doing crunches if you have a layer of fat over the muscle. Once that is under control with cardio you can focus more on gaining muscle (if that is your goal).

Anything that makes you breathe heavily and sweat for 30 minutes (not just 30 minutes of doing exercise in total, I mean the feeling hot and sweaty for 30 minutes in total) counts as exercise. So it doesn't necessarily have to be going to the gym. You could do housework, rake leaves, clean the gutters, lift boxes, wash cars, weed a garden, etc.. If you stay active it contributes to how much exercise you get in a week. Pretty easy and it's also productive.

Also... keep extremely hydrated all the time, especially before and after your workouts. Drink as much water as you can stand. (I find that working out I get very thirsty and drink liters of water without trying.)

Thank you VERY much =D I read a guide from 4chan about this stuff, but it was kinda confusing and wasn't really meant for people of my age. It debunks myths and whatnot, but, like I said, it's kinda confusing. Here's a link to it: liamrosen.com/fitness.html   I would've made it clickable, but it kept redirecting to a 404 page because the Vizzed server thought that the site was on it.

Rasenganfan2 : I can also give you some tips about diet.

I don't believe in calorie counting, because it restricts people, and also gets them obsessed with numbers, which are very unhealthy mindsets when it comes to your body image and your health.
For no reason. For example, 400 calories of vegetables versus 400
calories of cooking oil are going to behave very differently in terms of
how your body deals with them. So instead of counting numbers, focus on what kinds of food you're eating, not how much food you're eating in total.

Rule #1: Eat whole foods: Food that is not processed, or very minimally processed, and high in something beneficial (nutrients, lean protein, unrefined vegetable fats, or fiber). Fruits, vegetables, seeds, whole grains (especially simple ones like wild rice, oats), and legumes (beans, lentils, nuts) are full of nutrients, enzymes, lean proteins, natural sugars, and fiber. You can
basically eat as much of these foods as you want without having to worry
about numbers or feel guilty.

Rule #2: Avoid empty calories. For example, white bread is very processed, has almost zero nutrients, and no fiber. It does your body no good and makes you gain weight. It's pretty much the opposite of a whole food. If it's empty calories, avoid it as much as possible.

I hope that helps.

Markeith21 : No, I hated P.E. class and in general I dislike sports. In some ways I could just take it or leave it, in other ways I really loathe sports "culture" (I feel bad using the word culture to describe it but that's the best way I can explain it). No offense if you like them, I guess.

You've heard the song "Hard to Handle" by the Black Crowes, right?

Do you think the Black Crowes version , or the original version by Otis Redding is better?

Just in case you haven't heard them...

Do you think you could break Leggy?

Would SOPA have caused you any harm other than on Vizzed had it past 2 days ago? If so, what sites would you have worried about?

Are you into theater at all? If so, got any favorites? I'm a big Sweeney Todd fan.

seanne : Sort of, but not really. It was during highschool but we never actually physically fought each other, or anything. xD There was lots of drama between me and a few friends in high school, mostly over completely useless issues. I felt really bullied and hurt at the time, so I lashed out and was terrible to my friend. In the end we couldn't set our differences aside, even though we tried many times to forgive and get along, so I figured it was best to just stop all forms of contact with her.

legacyme3 : I'd say no.

vizwiz123 : This one.
My favorite animals are probably dolphins. Not only are they cute, but also extremely intelligent. They have structured communities, names for one another, a language, they play for fun, they can learn things from other dolphins such as hunting techniques - Some are extremely specific and unique to only one isolated pod of dolphins. Some researchers believe that they are so intelligent that they should be referred to as non-human persons.

My least favorite animal is probably the tapeworm. Maybe ticks, blowflies and mosquitos deserve to be mentioned too. (Yes, insects are in Kingdom Animalia, so from a biological and taxonomical point of view they are animals.) Although I'm vegan I believe that parasites like those that spread disease among humans and animals should be killed.

I was playing Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare literally a few minutes before answering this. xD

rcarter2 : Probably not, I think he'd be pretty hard to snap in half, don't you?
SOPA would have potentially shut down Deviantart (since it revolves around user content), Youtube, and sites like Cannabis Culture and 420Chan. It would suck harsh if any of the above sites were shut down.

I've seen a few theater productions because one of my best friends is in to acting, but not enough to be able to pick a favorite or anything. It's pretty great but I am not good at acting nor do I desire to do it.

JRMSAS : I can't speak for all women. But personally, I look for a guy that is honest, mature, trusting, kind, intellectual, life-loving, open-minded, optimistic, and compassionate.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
